We have all had those days where we feel “off”, and we are not sure exactly why. We don’t want to feel that way, so we fight against it. As counter intuitive as it may seem, sometimes the best way to move beyond these feelings is to simply acknowledge them. By embracing these feelings and giving them the space they need to exist, it actually allows them to pass more easily.
