This meditation is meant to calm your mind before an event or situation you may be feeling anxious about. This track uses two different techniques – one is a grounding exercise using your breath and a mantra to calm your body and mind and bring you into the present moment. The second exercise will bring you into the future, beyond the event that may be causing any anxiety or anticipation. The idea is to help mitigate any unease using present moment awareness and visualization.
