Talktime #6

The YouTuber, Emirgo, is excited about the progress of his channel. He has released several videos, including a popular one called Spider Heck. He plans to continue making videos and wants to add a tier list series to differentiate himself from other YouTubers. Emirgo is also looking to improve his recording setup and appreciates the support and comments he has received so far. He is determined to keep grinding and achieve success in his YouTube career. What's going on YouTube, it's Emirgo here and welcome to Talk Time number 6. That's insane. 6 episodes is crazy. I've never made a series on anything that had like 6 episodes. So that is great progress guys. I know I say that every Talk Time, like we're making great progress, but it is. We're actually moving forward and getting some momentum and that's good. I think we have 29 videos up, we have 25 subscribers, we've had 8 subscribers in the last week or two. Which is amazing. Seriously, thank you guys so much. I'm going to shout you guys out right now if I can, because I think you have to allow me to view your subscription, you have to allow other channels to see if you subscribed in your own settings and stuff. So if that's the case, I will show you guys up right now. But yeah, guys, we're doing really well and I wanted to make this Talk Time a little more organized and actually talk about stuff about the channel and what I want to do instead of just talking about random stuff in my life and kind of doing random stuff like that like before. I feel like the last ones have just been kind of for the sake of getting a video out quickly and all that. So yeah, first things first, I've released, since last Talk Time, I want to say two or three videos, like full videos, being Son of Episode 3, Who's Your Daddy, and Spider Heck, I think. Pretty sure. If not, maybe just those first two. And those videos have been doing well. The Spider Heck one is my best performing video at 40-ish views by itself and I released shorts with it, three shorts, along with those videos. I don't do shorts for Talk Time, it just doesn't feel right. I'm okay with Talk Time not having as many views as the other things, but I think once I get bigger and I add these all to the series, people will be like, oh, okay, let me check out all these videos and everything. So that's fine. I really don't care about the views for Talk Time, it's just a good moment to pause and communicate what's going on with the channel and everything. So we're at 25 subscribers, one-fourth of our goal. That is, clap it up, that is huge, guys. We are at 30-ish videos, with this one this will be 30 videos, so that's great, including the shorts, which, like I said, you know I don't like shorts, but I release them and they get good views right now, especially for the numbers I have. So I'm going to keep releasing them and they take less than five minutes to make, the ones that I'm making, so yeah, I'm going to keep doing it. I'm not going to make a short by itself. I don't want to be that guy. I want to make a short to promote a video I have. That's all I'm going to use it for. So I have an idea. It's a little bit different. Obviously, I'm going to keep doing Soma, that's going to be fun, we're going to get through that, don't worry guys. I'm going to be doing those off videos, you know, where I play a different game with my friend or something, or play something else, and I'll be doing talk times, but I'm thinking right now, what could I add? And because I'm at this point, in this stage of the channel, I'm trying to find like my identity and what separates me from other YouTubers, you know, all that other stuff. So I'm thinking I'm going to do, like, I don't know, I'm going to do a tier list or something. Tier list is pretty boring, or pretty like standard, if you will, and I know that, I know they're pretty standard, but I want to, I feel like I could have a lot of fun talking about that, and a lot of fun editing the video as well. So I'm going to do a tier list on something, hopefully, we'll have to see, because I have to be able to record with my computer, so that's going to be fun, because I'm recording on this good old Xbox right now, y'all can't see it, but yeah, that's how I record with things at the moment. So yeah, I'm also going to try this summer to record better stuff, like get an actual, I don't even know what it's called, editing, please put it up, that thing, I'm going to get that, and I'll actually record better things, because right now I'm just using it through Twitch and then downloading it on my computer, and yeah. So that's fine, guys, I'm having a good time making videos, I'm enjoying it a lot, the only thing that gets frustrating, I guess, is you want instant success, you want to be well-known immediately, and I have to be okay with that not being the case, I have to be okay with me not being well-known and not being a big YouTuber, because it's like, it's selfish dude, like bro, I've made such great progress in two weeks, I just started, like calm down bro, calm down, okay, my bad. Yeah, so I'm having fun with this, and I like it a lot, because once I get better recording stuff figured out, because this mic works great, I'm going to keep using it probably until it's broken or it sounds bad, once I get the recording stuff figured out and I have my storage things and all this other stuff I can do, I'm just going to keep working, it's a small progress, it feels like I'm starting a company, except for I'm at a much safer ground, I'm not taking risks here, I'm not losing money investing into this, I'm just investing time, which is really good. So I want to build it up, I want to do well in this, and I appreciate all your guys' support, and having my back in this as well. I love the comments I'm getting now, I'm starting to get some comments, I think I've only gotten four or five ones that I can name that haven't been my friends and stuff, but yeah, I appreciate where your guys are like, oh, no one liked this, let me like this for you, or why does this only have certain, like guys, I appreciate it, I'm at a very beginning portion of my YouTube channel career, so I appreciate all the support, it means the world, it really does, and I'm excited for holiday specials, and actually playing games like that on the holiday special, like Easter was a last minute thing, where I hadn't uploaded in a bit, and I needed to get a quick video out, so I just did a talk time, which wasn't a very good talk time, I'm going to be honest, it was not a good talk time, it was just, happy Easter, this is, oh my god, progress, I know I talk about progress a lot, but it's what I like talking about when I'm at this stage, I also want to talk about maybe like sports more, like that'd be really cool, which I've said multiple times, in all these talk times, I've said I like sports, and I want to talk about it, but I don't know how to integrate it, because I like watching these sports videos where you talk about like Caitlin Clark, or big like popular athletes, and how they're so well known that they can bring in change to sports just by being in it, so I find that fascinating in the sports world, but yeah, I'm excited to be a gaming YouTuber, I kind of want to be a YouTuber where wherever I post, people want to see what's going on, what I'm cooking, that's the goal, that's the end goal, but you know guys, I'm having a great time, I'm having a really great time, and I think we just got to keep grinding, this is the portion where it's kind of like the rough beginnings, where I just got to keep grinding, keep going, and just look ahead, you know what I mean, I just got to, there is success on the top of the mountain, but we are at the very bottom, we're on the first hike, alright, we're not even on the chairlift yet, alright, we're driving up to the mountain, we're driving up to the mountain to then go up the chairlift to get at the top of the mountain, so we haven't even gone upward very much, maybe a little bit hills on the roads and stuff driving to the mountain, but no, we haven't yet, yeah, so I, this will be a double upload for today, which will be really good, I'm really happy about that, yeah, so I appreciate you guys like always, have a really good time, a really good day, whatever you're doing bro, I don't know, do it, succeed in it, if you're having a rough one, a rough day, a rough week, I'm sorry about that, but there is light at the end of the tunnel, you need to know that if you're stuck in a place where you feel like, oh, all I'm doing is not, I'm not working hard at anything, I don't feel good about myself, I feel like what I'm doing is not gonna work out, sometimes you just gotta be like, yo, shut up, geez, okay, my bad, and you know, you'll, you just gotta put your head down, and that's really hard for some people, the hardest part is getting started, so just get started man, get started and keep working, alright, see you guys, have a good one, have a great rest of your week, and peace!
