My name is AJ Nevin. I am the creator of What Is Mental Health and How It Affects Us. Today is an update on what's been going on, what's been going on in general with me. I know that it's been a hot minute. I know that it's been a hot second since I've come out with a video or anything like that about the podcast. I'm sorry. Unfortunately, I've been busy with work. I've been pretty preoccupied with being part of my community, being involved with my community and whatnot. Sometimes it's hard enough to do things and everything like that. Sometimes you're just like, oh, what the hell is this? Well, I've been working at my new job. I think it's stable enough. I am a little bit busy right now. Because of the craziness going on, I will be a little busier. I'm on call this week, and it's pretty much crazy time for me.
