Fostering wellness programs, such as yoga sessions, counseling, mindfulness workshops, and team activities like a 5K, can improve the engagement and well-being of employees. Taking care of their physical, mental, and emotional well-being can boost emotional intelligence and increase staff morale. When employees are emotionally and physically taken care of, their work engagement and job performance improve. These three components are interconnected and important for overall well-being. The second solution plan I wanted to discuss is the engagement and well-being of our employees. So I think fostering wellness programs will really help our employees and even our leadership teams to really work on our physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and I think this will really help our emotional intelligence as well by fostering all of these important attributes to ourselves, and this will help increase staff morale. Doing yoga sessions, counseling, mindfulness workshops, and even signing up for a 5K as a team, I really do believe that your psychological well-being, when it is in good hands and taken care of, your work engagement improves, and when your work engagement improves and you're fully engaged, that your job performance also does well, and I think that these three components together work well only if you are emotionally working on your mind, your physical, and your emotional well-being.
