Nothing to say, yet
The transcription guides you through a relaxation exercise to connect with your body and breath. It instructs you to find a comfortable position, focus on your breath, and imagine drawing in life force energy. You are encouraged to feel a sense of divine connection and release any stagnant energy. The exercise is repeated three times, and afterwards, you are invited to rest in this space and ask for guidance. Finally, you are instructed to open your eyes and carry this sense of connection throughout your day. Find yourself in a tranquil space and settle into a comfortable position, whether seated or lying down. Allow your spine to become straight and tall, moving your shoulders down and back so that energy can easily run through your body. Let your hands rest gently by your sides, palms facing upward as if ready to receive the blessings of the universe. Take a moment to connect with your body, noticing any areas of tightness or tension. With each exhale, release any holding or resistance, allowing your body to soften and relax into the support of the earth beneath you. Now turn your attention inward, tuning into the rhythm of your breath. Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest, the subtle expansion and contraction of your abdomen. Feel the sensation of the breath as it flows in and out of your body, like the ebb and flow of the tide. As you deepen your breath, imagine drawing in the pure essence of life force energy with each inhale. Does this life force energy have a color? If so, breathe in the color you are feeling, and as you do, inhale deeply through your nose to the count of four, allowing the breath to fill your lungs completely, expanding into your abdomen like a radiant light, illuminating every corner of your being. Hold the breath gently at the peak of your inhale to the count of four, savoring the moment of stillness and presence. Feel the energy of divine connection coursing through your body, filling you with a sense of peace and harmony. Now exhale slowly and steadily through your nose to the count of eight, releasing any stale or stagnant energy from your body. Feel the belly gently contract as you expel the breath, allowing it to flow up through the spine and out into the world. Repeat this cycle of divine connection breath two more times, allowing each inhale to be a sacred communion with the universe, and each exhale a loving offering of gratitude and release. Again, breathing in to the count of four, holding the breath to the count of four, and breathing out to the count of eight. Again, breathing in to the count of four, holding the breath to the count of four, and breathing out to the count of eight. With each breath, feel yourself drawing in more divine presence and divine light within and around you, connecting yourself with the infinite wisdom and love that surrounds us all. As you complete the final cycle of breath, take a moment to bask in the radiance of your divine connection. Take some time to rest in this space of divine connection, and, if you like, this is the perfect time to ask your guides and soul for inspiration, answers, and guidance. When you are ready, gently open your eyes and return your awareness to the present moment, carrying this sense of divine connection with you throughout your day, knowing that you are always supported and guided by the infinite wisdom of the cosmos, and so it is.
