I'm your host, Ashley, and I am so happy you're here today. So it's been a while, a little bit, and that's okay, sometimes that's just how life is, but I wanted to come in today and share a little bit about impact and what was like landed on my heart this morning about impact, that sometimes we think that impact has to be reaching millions of people, because we are such literally focused beings that we think that to be an impactful person, that obviously means that we must reach more and more people, when the reality is that if you can be so direct and precise with who you're touching, with who you're speaking to, through either your words, something that you write, just your passion, if you can be so focused and dialed in to your purpose and your passion, that it doesn't matter the amount of people necessarily that you impact, because it's not always about as many people as you can reach, because if you can directly impact one person, then that one person's life is changed forever, and that one person's life then has the confidence in themselves to go off and start fires in other people's hearts and lives, because they are just so confident and so just just confident in their being. I can't think of another word other than confident right now that is describing how what I'm wanting to convey. So yeah, if we can just get rid of this whole idea that more equals better, when people can reach millions of people all day, but if those people aren't doing anything with the information that we're sharing, it doesn't even matter, less is more. And when we can really wrap our brains around that fact, then we just like let go of this expectation that we have to reach everybody, when we just want to get more clear and be around the people who truly take what it is that we are giving them, that we are servicing them, that we are sharing with them, that is so powerful and life-changing, that then they go and change the small group of people that they are around. That they are around, and whether that is small or whether that is large, it does not matter. Impact doesn't mean that we have to reach millions of people. It's great if that does happen, but it is not a prerequisite. Oh my god, that word is hard today. A prerequisite. I give up. But it is not what we have to do. And yeah, and so on this whole topic of impact, I pulled a card from the Sacred Rebels Oracle with this thought behind it, and it was very pertinent to where I am at. So if you have something new in your heart and your life, and you don't really know if it's going to land or stick well with people, first off it doesn't matter. And sit with it and see what this new feeling, this new idea wants to be birthed within you. So this card that I pulled was called Shock of the New, and I thought I would share just a bit, or maybe the whole little bit about it. But again it's from the Sacred Rebels Oracle, and for some reason I like this card deck, but I don't use it a lot, but I'm a little secret rebel. Not really much of a secret, but I try to keep it a secret, because if people know you're a rebel then they got their eyes on you. But anyway, what wild unconventional voice is calling to you? Can you hear it? It is so different and so unusual. It might be hard to decipher, like hearing an unfamiliar language for the first time. It might be hard to discern with great clarity now, but there is an affinity between you and the strangely beautiful newness seeking to manifest. This oracle says there is a stirring at the deepest level within you. Something new will break through, and the process of this birth may be a shock to you. The shock will transform into a great joy and a sense of tremendous liberation. But you must bear the strangeness first. The strangeness might be something that rattles your beliefs about yourself and your world, daring you to become more of yourself, more open to where life is leading you, and more willing to be the unique sacred art being crafted by the hand of the universal creator. Nature never shies away from strange beauty. She allows for endless diversity, and her sacred work are often peculiar and stunning. You live within her field of creative grace as a specifically created work that also creates. You are being asked to surrender any fear you may have of being seen as exotic, unusual, eccentric, or bizarre. You are being asked to make peace with strange beauty and let it happen through you in a creative flow. Perhaps you need to allow your conventional ideas of beauty to become even more inspired and open. Perhaps you can allow your need for the world to behave according to your fixed ideas to fall away. You will receive so much more in its place. This oracle comes with a special message for you. There are rumblings and stirrings of the creative life force happening now, deep in the undercurrents of your being. If you are very attuned or sensitive, you may have consciously felt this already with excitement, discomfort, or both. If you have not yet sensed these inner stirrings, they are happening all the same. So be on the lookout for the big shift of new births, the shock of the new, the unconventional, the strangely beautiful, and the disturbing liberation of that which is foreign stepping into your life. This is life creating the stage upon which you will experience greater fulfillment. Don't be nervous if the rumble of change turns into a mighty roar that rocks boats, bursts forth as novel ideas, and changes things in a way that is out of your control. This is life happening. Free fall into it. This oracle of the shock of the new comes to you saying the old way is on its way out. You are being invited, dragged, nurtured, and coerced into the new. You can handle it. This oracle brings you guidance. You are about to encounter something new and different in your life. This is helpful. Don't reject it, no matter how small or insignificant or how powerful and life-changing it may seem to be. You are being asked to dispense with your reliance on the past and what has been your tools to navigate life. You have outgrown your old methods. You have to fly by the seat of your pants, so to speak, as you experiment with new ways to be. Life will show you the way. So I like loved this so much because it was exactly what I felt as I was diving into this whole thing with impact and like something like triggered it um and just it just came down it was like blah blah blopping into my little head and I was just being consumed by this thought of impact and just like small being better and not not having this big huge voice that reaches millions of people which would be really awesome but that just doesn't happen like it's it's seeds being planted in very intricate and specific ways because just like how nature can be like like some plants spread tons and tons of seeds but not all those seeds like turn into plants that's kind of how I feel like with these big huge voices that are that are speaking beautiful things but they're not landing in the hearts and lives of people maybe it was not the right time or maybe it was not the the just the right audience whatever it doesn't really matter because it's still a part of life it's still a part of nature but I just wanted to make you feel that your voice is impactful with the people that are in your life the people that are supporting you um and it doesn't have to be a big huge audience and that change and that stirring that you feel inside is perfect it is what is meant to be for this time so with that I must say step into that new that you feel and just embrace it because it is perfect you are perfect it is aligned um and yeah I am here for it I am here for you so that is all for today the baby is screaming so I will talk to you all later have a wonderful day
