I wanted to compose a 4 movement piece that resembled and described the world. I had trouble finding a word to title my piece that could describe something so wonderful and beautiful, while also dreadful and ugly. I came across the word "wynorrific," suggested to Collins Dictionary in 2020, which describes something being both wondrous and beautiful, while also horrific. This is the first movement, in chorale format, which expresses the feelings of wonder, amazement and awe (Only mvm. 1 is out)
