Nothing to say, yet
Again, he screams love-songs into the night, Howling lovesick hymns in a moonlit sky. A dream began, now turned to nocturnal write, An endless prayer to stop the last goodbye. The midday flight, seared into mind and flesh, Bore love and want that never left his chest. But that love and the man could never mesh, For she's celestial and he obsessed. But now, as hope shatters his way to dawn, And dreaded goodbye haunts the horizon, His heart still belongs to days by gone, Even a throat so worn cannot wisen. For I will not yield to a prayer ignored, I vow I will see our love restored.
