Notice of Law to President of the European Commission 12 May 2024

All right, it's 2118 on the 12th of May. My name is Henry Bryant Lanier, Sr., Esq., PhD. I'm making this audio file for the President of the European Commission. Presently in Kiev today is where I'm at. I'm an American, and I've been in Ukraine for 20-plus years. I came here and got married to a beautiful woman about 20 years ago, and I was pretty happy. And I got in the middle of what is presently known to be an international cross-border scheme to steal money from my family and my business. The data also shows, 20 years later, that I didn't pay a bribe to a clown in the government of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Ukraine. Specifically, once again, going on the record here, Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission. You're in Brussels, as I understand correctly. I'm going to say again who I am. I'm the father of a kidnapped child in Ukraine because of a clown in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Ukraine. And I'm also a foreign investor and a programmer and a U.S. Army Signal Corps officer. I'm going to try to speak here and give you facts, and I'm sure because of your position in the European Union, you're probably not even going to listen to what I say, but I'm going to say it anyway. You have a very simple problem here on the world stage. The people that run the country of Ukraine, i.e. presidents, parliament, deputies, elected and appointed, if you will, madam, all I know about living in Ukraine after 20 years is they're a bunch of liars and they're a bunch of thieves and they're murderers and they're rapists, okay, they're human traffickers, and they don't give a damn about you or the European Union or anything else. All they care about is what they want at the expense of anybody. And what we know is, I'm going to hit rewind a little bit further here and go back. The first thing I was in this life as a photographer was a ripe old age of 13. The second thing I was in this life was U.S. Army Signal Corps, and I've been there for 41 years, specifically under the law of the United States and the United Nations and even the European Union. I'm what they call a signals intelligence integrity auditor, madam, of a very unique skill set. It's based on a very simple idea. A lot of people's army radio, but there's not a lot of people that's army and missile radio. And then there's not a lot of people that their family happens to be a founder of nations, and that would be me, a screwed up kid that was raised in a warless state. I speak this way out of necessity for my three sons and my three daughters that have never seen each other because of criminal acts against me holding to our oath that I took as a military officer. I want you to know what you don't know, okay? We can stop this war in Ukraine today, and all it takes is confronting the representatives from Ukraine that are presenting themselves to the European Union to be something other than what they are. Case in point, and I'm just going to say it because I need to. If you notice, they've had a lot of color revolutions over here, just like they do all over the world, for a very specific reason. You and other people like you know about the suppressed nature of the inaccuracies in history, the inaccuracies in the maps, and I just want to know how far people are willing to take this. The data is clearly known that before any of us were born today, the radio network of the House of Man, specific to the military radio, was compromised using what is presently known to be bribery schemes and honeypot schemes of the so-called elite bankers and elite politicians. Now what I'm looking for is something called a solution of mutual equity that says there's a remedy for peace on earth that's never been seen by any of us, and the way that's done is the quote-unquote government needs to understand a simple thing. They have to stop getting on a radio lying their ass off about the history of the world. They have to stop using the radio, television, and data networks to suppress human and civil rights. And the way that they do that is they actually get off their ass and sit down at a table and speak truth and stop using fake languages that have been intentionally used to divide the people and to allow for the unified systems that have been built that says that we all speak human beings. That's what we are first. We speak the human language. We know that the work that's been done on the radio network over the past 164 years and the United States flag specific to the military house of G20 purview, it is a consensus of most breathing soldiers and all military veterans. We've realized that a man killing a man, a saber man, is really a fool's errand. We also realize that you can't convince people with no ethics to have ethics. So to put this in context for you, as the independent auditor that I am, operating under ballot authority to give you notice of law here today, I have a simple solution to the problem in Ukraine. First of all, there is no country in Ukraine. There never was. What there is is a unique minority of people over here that are in fact descendants of survivors of crime. Just like there is all over that fake thing called the European Union. Fake lines on a map, fake borders in countries that cannot violate anything other than their own laws, has no jurisdiction over anybody else's laws. My point being what? If you turn the pages in history, madam, there are thousands of countries that have been in existence. If you turn the pages in history, there have been millions of people that stand up and say, follow me, only to watch these people succumb to money changers. What we know today is there is an unlimited supply of electric funding. There's an unlimited supply of paper funding. And there's an unlimited supply of metal funding. We also know, based on the audit, that there is no need to suppress people's rights, claiming that there's shortage of electricity, because there is no shortage of electricity. We also know that there's no reason to suppress people's rights based on a shortage of fuel, i.e. petroleum products, because there's no shortage of that. We also know that the recorded history of the separation of church and state is probably the biggest lie that's ever been told. For me, as a man that's been defending the cross my entire life, and the creator of what is known to be a quantum computer, the real one that is military purview only, that has not been completed its construction mandate, because my life has stopped, so that I can catch criminals that use my radio to kidnap children and sell dead bodies and suppress human rights. But my point being, as president of the European Union Commission, there are many versions of history here. The former presidents of Ukraine, that I'm aware of, beginning in 2003, forward to this day, they've been lied to by everybody that works for those administrative offices, just like you are. And at the end of the day, the uncorrupted says that you're being lied to vaguely, for the sole purpose of continuing to allow a fake narrative in history. And by force of positive law in Ukraine, the United States, and U-20 purview, I'm telling you it must cease and desist. You must see the validity of, the stupidity of a place called Brussels thinking that it controls the world. It does not. You must see the stupidity of you sitting over there in the European Union in Brussels, safe, happy, running around with stolen money, while kids are over here dying. I mean, that's what you're doing. Just like the rest of the clowns that are in the so-called diplomatic corps. One more time, I have nothing but truth for you. It is wrong that my three sons and my three daughters have been denied their rights. It is wrong that 500 million people have not been paid in 17 years because of criminals in a place called the European Union and a place called Ukraine. And that's the only truth I have for you. As to a remedy to it, it's a very simple idea. All you have to do is say to the Ukrainian delegation, you know what, we don't have any authority to invite you into a criminal organization that we founded, so it would probably be best that you mind your own business so that we can mind our own business. This is the only remedy that's available to the European Union or Ukraine. It does not mean that the Ukrainian people don't have rights. It just means that the Ukrainian people have a right to know the truth. And this war of attrition, this war of fake information, these war mongers that are presently known to be the money changers of the fake banking system, they must cease and desist. Continuing to erase history, continuing to cause fake wars for the purposes of illegal grave robbing expeditions, being hid under something called archaeological findings, it's just bullshit, madam. Okay? There are no versions of truth here. So, with that as a given, I'm going to tell you one more time, on the record, Ursula von Gierlin, if I've pronounced your name wrong, it's not intentional, and this is not personal. I'll actually get paid to send you this audio file, which will be transcribed and probably edited so that you can read it in whatever language that you want. It's time to stop this fake war in Ukraine, and the way we do it is you just confront the Ukrainian delegation and say, you know what, you can't keep asking for money while suppressing rights and telling lies about how much money is in Ukraine and about the conditions of life in Ukraine. Case in point, I've placed $150 billion of my own money in this country for the past 17 years, at a rate of 17% per year. I will also attach that data for your use and say to you one more time, we can stop this war today, we can open the borders to Ukraine, and the only way that you can do that is to say to the fake assembly of the European Union, you know, it's time for you to mind your own business. There is never going to be a communist state again. There's never going to be a group of Orwellian people that believe that their rights and privileges are more important than other people's. We do know that is not the future of humanity. And the question becomes, will you be one of the people in history that stands up and speaks truth, or will you go down in history as another money-changing idiot that doesn't understand the truth of history? I don't know why the members of the European Union have used military technology to traffic human beings and to suppress rights of human beings, but I assure you, madam, under the force of the U.S. flag and the other 19 flags of G20, we are going to find out which one of the clowns over here intentionally suppressed the radio signals that allowed for the event for the past 20 years to happen.
