The injury, if I'm not mistaken, was on his off foot. So, it's not like he's pressin' off on it right now, he's not really puttin' any pressure on it. You know what I'm sayin'? But you gotta understand, as an athlete, I'm expected to heal sooner. I'm expected to kinda shake back a lot sooner than anybody else supposed to. Especially now with all this modern medicine and all these different fuckin' doctors they able to get their hands on and the rehabs and all the different therapies they able to get into and shit. The healing process is way faster than what it used to be. Way, way faster. And even though the media is in the cuttin' edge of knowin' all of this and they get all of the inside information first and shit. They still seem to act like they surprised that this shit is able to happen like that now. I kinda believe in the whole thing of, as you said, the media definitely have to put on a show for entertainment. Because if it was just out there and blunt that, okay. Like, it could've easily said, you know, it's possible he could make a return. But, just for the hype and for it to be a situation, oh, now we have daughters. You gotta have a debate. Yeah, and it's all part of the plan. So, I feel for him though. I do feel, I agree with a lot of what they was sayin'. His presence kinda sparked the team a little bit more in a sense. You know what I'm sayin'? Yeah, he only been there a short amount of time, but it's obvious that he was brought there to be a leader. And, with his experience and with what he's done, he is a leader. And you get too many, like, I don't even understand why that shit actually ends up being that way though. You're part of the team, and you injure, and it's like you literally just disappear. Like, you can't come to games no more, you don't wanna be on the field. Like, you don't even wanna be part of us right now. Like, what's happenin' with that? And is it really you don't wanna be, or is it the team don't want you to be? Cuz which way could it go with that? You know what I'm sayin'? Cuz just as much as you can say, yeah, he's a spark. He's givin' them extra life, and he's gonna be a fuckin' distraction. And, to be honest, by it being Aaron Rodgers, a lot of people may not look at it as a distraction. Right. Just cuz of the name, but low key and deep down, A-Rod may be a distraction. The same spring reason. The name. You know what I'm sayin'? A-Rod, everybody wanna talk about that. All these young quarterbacks, they come out in college, you know, and... They had this system, and they had success, and... You know, most colleges pretty much run cookie-cutter type defense. You know what I'm sayin'? I ain't sayin' that they basic, but you don't really get as much confidence. This has been an argument I'm lookin' at and I'm seein' constantly. You look at what these fuckin' defenses doin' out here now, dawg. Man, it's hard as a motherfucker to actually be able to depict that and figure out what these schemes are doin' when, man, they got, like, eight, nine motherfuckers in the box and four or five of them back up. And you don't know which one of them in the box is gonna really bag up in courage. Yes. Because they all athletic. And what you just said, they're all athletic. Dawg, it used to be to where it's like, yo, you can go ahead and drop a lineman bag of courage if you want to. I'm gonna smoke a shit out of you. Man, these motherfuckin' linemen's runnin' faster than the receivers, damn it. No cap. So, where do you go? How do you really kinda figure that shit out, dawg? It's bounce back and forth. And soon as you think you done figured out the scheme, the players themselves make alterations. So, I'm not tryin' to just completely defend them, dawg, but at the same point, it's a lot of shit to really try to develop and put in your head, especially when you're a rookie. Or even a second-year player. You know what I'm sayin'? And once you go through so many of them and you get so many fuck-ups, that confidence really kinda strays away to, well, yeah, a year ago, I would've been willing to make that throw. But this year, because I haven't had too many near interceptions or even interceptions, I'm gonna let everything about this go. Yeah, I ain't really tryin' to risk that. So, part of that is what draws it out to them, dawg. They're just learnin' from mistakes, though. And most... And I'm just not gonna even use quarterbacks in general. It's just, like, any player, if you're able to learn young from your mistakes, that's gonna make you a... You're gonna feel like a vet. You're gonna be respected in the league quicker. Accountability. Because if I know for sure what I'm doin' wrong and I'm bein' taught that, and I'm bein' also taught another way to make that be different, you don't think I'm gonna use that? Facts. Not even just quarterbacks. People need to be actually holdin' themselves accountable. Devontae Smith, past week, had a couple big drop passes. You know what I'm sayin'? Like, obvious as a motherfucker. Dropped the shit outta the ball. Wasn't focused, apparently. You know what I'm sayin'? They interviewed him, and they tryin' to give him excuses. Was the weather bad? You know, did your glove almost come off? You know, did you sneeze as you was tryin' to catch it? They tryin' to give this nigga every excuse they could think of, and he literally looked him dead in the face, and he's just like, nah. Just gotta catch the fuckin' ball. Oh, and then you, so... This is the reporters. They askin' those questions. They tryin' to give him excuses. So then you turn right back around on your social media accounts and shit, and you look at some of these comments. And the people on there, well, it could've been the quarterback fault, and sometimes there's always this and that, and, like, y'all goin' too far. The dude literally just already flat-out told you, man, I gotta catch the fuckin' ball. He just told y'all that. Why are we stressin'? Don't go any further. I wonder what's goin' on in Philly to where they just recently, today, went trading for Julio Jones. Well, the boy Watkins out. Oh, okay, okay. So, you know, you lost, and what Watkins is supposed to been, they deep-threaded. You know what I'm sayin'? It's just funny as shit when you talkin' about you got Devontae Adams, I mean, Devontae Smith, all that. You got motherfuckin' A.J. Brown. Oh, my. And all you see is Brown burnin' and goin' deep. It's like, but that's your deep thread. So, Julio is just kinda brought in, I believe, to really just keep them from not being able to zero in on A.J. You know what I'm sayin'? Because Devontae ain't gonna do what he do. He gonna pop up, he gonna make a few big plays here and there. You know what I'm sayin'? He not really a gadget player, because he's actually a pretty solid receiver. You know what I'm sayin'? But they use him in many different other ways to where they don't need him to just be linin' up on the outside. Like, he could do it, but what's the point? You know what I'm sayin'? He's way more useful bein' able to run through the slot, bein' able to run all these different reverses and, you know what I'm sayin', screens and all that shit. He's more useful that way. Definitely. So... You got the speed for it. Losin' lock-ins would force him to have to get out there. So, you bring Julio in, and now you're wonderin', like, how long's it gonna take for Julio to get caught up to what's goin' on? You know, I read with Oracle, and they commentin' and talkin' about how he played with the other receivers on the other teams. One, he played with Atlanta, and then he played with AJ in Tennessee and everything, but it's only so much that they can really try to tell you what the terminology is when you gettin' out there as opposed to understandin' what the fuck the quarterback is sayin' when he callin' out all these different changes. And as a receiver, it's really, like, it's a new system, especially how Philly is runnin' that offense. Yep. So, I feel it's gonna take Julio, even by him bein' a vet, it's still gonna take him a little minute. I tell you, about three games, if not more, to really catch on and click to that offense, because right now, they are five and one, and they movin' at a fast pace when they come to the offense. Oh, well, there's the ball. They ain't gonna wanna give that time, but they're gonna think it through. So, yeah. I don't think, right now, I don't think he's gonna even be a big weapon unless he just mess around and slip and be open. Don't put him on your fantasy team yet, nigga. Oh, yeah, not at all. Strike one is, I can't hear my quarterback already. Strike two is, I'm tryin' to figure out what exactly his body language means, you know what I'm sayin'? If you look at it now, because of the noise, a lot of times quarterbacks really kinda do just subtle movements to really kinda let you know what they doin', you know what I'm sayin'? Like, I literally just look at you and tap my helmet and it's four different spots on my helmet I'm gonna tap and based on which one of them four spots I tap, it tells you what I want you to do. How the hell am I supposed to figure out them taps in one week? You know what I'm sayin'? So, it's all about that time and point and it's really tryin' to get caught up to speed and understandin' what you doin' out there. And the biggest point that motherfuckers don't get is on that mental aspect, is what are you doin' when you not gettin' the ball? You know what I'm sayin'? Cause I'm givin' signals to everything, so it's like, sometimes you gotta be able to sell that fly, even though I'm not givin' it to you right now. You gotta sell that bitch for the first two, three quarters, so when I really need it in the fourth quarter, you know what I'm sayin'? It can slip past. Yeah. You know what I'm sayin'? You gotta sell that shit all day long. No doubt. It's a misconception sometimes. It looks like it's comin' back to it, though. I ain't gonna lie. Some of these receivers now, man, they really runnin' the hell outta some routes. Like, they runnin' them motherfuckers. Killin' it. Like, dog, there's too many motherfuckin' top receivers leavin' names right now. There's some raw receivers that's actually playin' at top level that we ain't even hearin' about because there's so many other receivers that's actually just gettin' their names blasted all over the place all day long. I definitely agree. Raw receivers in the league is just weak. Wide open. It's wide open, dog. It's just a matter of are you gettin' your opportunities? And when you get your opportunities, are you takin' advantage on them motherfuckers? Yep. All day. That's the game plan to us, man. Every week, there's gonna be a new receiver with a new name of the receiver. Yep. And the opportunity is there for him. You know, because again, this is the league we in. It's all about passin', man. I feel like teams of defenses are now gettin' caught up to the speed of the offenses now. So a lot of the shit that they was able to do is not workin' when you talkin' about these spread offenses and these multiple passing games back to the point of these athletic-ass defensive players. D-linemen, linebackers, these motherfuckers movin' like cornerbacks almost now. You don't have that same edge that you used to have with it and shit. So, I honestly think that it's gonna come down to one of these motherfuckin' teams, one of these coaches is just gonna balls down and take that fuckin' older philosophy of we about to go back to a fullback and run a pro high on y'all motherfuckin' ass and punch you in your mouth until you just can't take it no more. That's grown man football, that boy. Because it's gonna be that hard shit because you really don't have too many defenses that can withstand that for an entire game no more. Quoting the words of Beast Mode, everybody ain't ready to get punched in they mouth over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. You know what I mean? Like, nobody's really on that mindset no more. At all. And you can interchange all the fuckin' D-linemen you want. You can flip-flop all you want to and keep changing them in, dawg. The D-linemen have gotten smaller. Very much. Offensive linemen have it. And even funnier, the D-linemen, they not even all that heavy no more and then you got in the backfields you got running backs that just hitting these gaps like, like it ain't nothing like they ain't hitting that big. When you, when the team's focused heavy on the run and your O-line is able to fire off that's when you get these big games. And I'm looking for that team that's saying, alright, we gonna do this shit every week. We gonna spend on this.
