The person has worked as an IT administrator for over 12 years, helping users with hardware and software issues at a steel company and a school in Colombia. Their responsibilities included assisting users, managing desktop computers, printers, and other hardware, addressing user queries, installing and maintaining servers, setting up Microsoft 365, troubleshooting various devices, and terminating and testing network cables. Working as an IT administrator and assisting users with hardware and software problems at a steel process company and a school in Colombia for more than 12 years, my duties included assisting user level 1, implementing, maintaining, and managing desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other hardware, managing and escalating user queries, installation, and maintenance of servers, experience in setting up and maintenance of Microsoft 365 products, knowledge of macOS, hands-on experience in desk-side troubleshooting, PCs, printers, mobiles, and tablets, Cat5e, Cat6 cable termination and testing.
