Song is about the UFO researcher Gary Rowe, from Wales, who was involved in some of the investigation into the extraordinary case at Dodleston, England 1985. A pre-internet computer received messages from the 16th century. An intelligence called 2109, apparently from the future, was also involved. 2109 requested that Gary Rowe become involved, and even provided his telephone number to be contacted. The case was published as 'The Vertical Plane' by Ken Webster.
