This is a song to celebrate the 1981 novel 'Mission' by the late Patrick Tilley. 'Mission' describes the appearance of a man in 20th century New York who is not quite what he seems. It is about the prophesied return of a cosmic avatar described in many religions, including that of Christ in Christianity.
