The speaker is excited about reaching their 10th episode of their podcast and expresses gratitude for their listeners. They mention the need for subscribers, followers, and sponsors to support the podcast. They also highlight a previous episode with a guest named Manu, which they found particularly interesting and timely. They invite listeners to listen to the episode and share their thoughts. Hello and welcome to this. This is episode 10 of How to Thrive. I can't believe it, Helen. This is our 10th episode. Isn't that exciting? I know. I know. And I think I've loved every minute so far. Who's your favorite guest been? Is that unfair? Is that like trying to pick between your favorite children? I know. I was saying to someone the other day that it just feels like the most self-indulgent thing to do because I feel like it's such a... I've just been learning so much. It feels like it's really fueling my personal journey. And I think when you're doing a podcast, because there's no immediate feedback from people, it can feel a little bit self-indulgent because you're just learning so much. But we have seen the stats. We know people are listening and kind of across the world, which is mind-blowing. But yeah, so our podcast producer, Ant, who shout out to Ant, the wonderful Ant, has reinforced the need for me to push for people to subscribe and follow and like. So folks, if you are listening, and we know that some of you are, please do that. It helps us immeasurably. And also, just to call out that if you know anybody who might like to sponsor the podcast, we're now, as we say, we've done episode 10, and we're loving every minute, and we would love to continue it. We're incredibly grateful to Travis Smith, who hosts us for all of the podcast report callings, which is incredibly generous of them. But yes, we would love some sponsors too. So without further ado, shall we jump into this amazing podcast, which, as Helen says, I think it was one of my favourites. I mean, they're all my favourite. I can't pick between them. But the one with Manu, I think, was incredibly timely, I think, in terms of when we recorded it. And yeah, huge amount of food for thought. So listen away, join us at the end. Let us know what you think.
