The speaker discusses the impact of the rush to finish work and exams at the end of the quarter on students. They believe it takes a toll on students mentally, physically, and emotionally. They mention that time is always a constraint for students, but the staff and teachers are generally flexible and willing to accommodate students' needs. The speaker also highlights the importance of advocating for students who require additional support. All right, so how do you think that the scramble to get all the work done and, like, take exams by the end of the quarter, like, mentally and physically affects, like, the students? I think, again, it takes a huge toll on our students mentally, physically, emotionally. I think before we know it, as of right now, we're almost halfway through the school year approaching January, and I think the holidays sometimes add an additional stress to students at times. So I feel like there's never enough time for students to get things done, but I do feel like our staff and teachers, for the most part, are flexible and will meet you guys where you need to be. They'll meet you halfway and try to be as flexible sometimes, you know, altering deadlines or giving you a little bit more time. So I feel like we're trying to move to a model of being flexible, and I think for the most part, most of the teachers, and we work together as a team to kind of make sure if a student needs a little bit more support, that we advocate for those needs.
