Global warming is causing harm to humans and the environment. It is primarily caused by the emission of greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide and methane. Activities such as burning fossil fuels and deforestation contribute to global warming. The consequences include severe weather events, melting polar ice caps, and disruption of ecosystems. Efforts to stop global warming involve renewable energy, sustainable practices, and international collaboration. India, China, and Bangladesh have historically faced significant pollution challenges. The consequences of global warming include food shortages, rising sea levels, and disruption of ecosystems. To stop global warming, we need to implement clean energy solutions, preserve forests, and adopt eco-friendly habits. The rise of electric vehicles and fuel efficiency also helps combat global warming. Welcome everybody, and this is Pembroke. I will be interviewing my son about how global warming is affecting humans and the environment. So, over the years, global warming is affecting the world and hurting humans. So I'm here to tell you about what is global warming. Well, first, thank you for having me here and to discuss about global warming. The key... Global warming is like the key contributes to global warming are like the emission of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide, methane, and nutritious oxides. These gases trap heat in the Earth's atmosphere, creating a greenhouse effect. Similar activities like burning coal, oil, and natural gas for energy as well as deforestation significantly contribute to the concentration of these gases, amplifying the warming effect and leading to various consequences, including more frequent and severe weather events, disturbing the ecosystem, and melting the polar ice caps. So, how do you feel about this? I just feel bad how people are still doing this stuff and still not stopping. How did global warming start? Global warming started by a phenomenon characterized by the long-term increase in Earth's average surface temperature has its roots in the late 19th century, considering an advent of industrialization. However, the mid-20th century marks a pivotal period when the acceleration of the warming trend becomes globally pronounced, the IPCC, which stands for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. It often uses pre-industrial levels as a benchmark, and since approximately the 1950s, there has been a decelerating uptick in global temperatures. This surge is primarily attributed to the intensive release of greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide and methane, largely steaming up from human activity, especially the combustion of fossil fuels. Scientific consequences underscore the anthropogenic impact on the climate, with observable consequences such as rising temperatures, shifting weather patterns, and widespread environment changes. How is global warming affecting the world? Global warming is affecting the world by driven by the accelerating concentration of greenhouse gases, has multiplied its repercussions on Earth's systems, the relentless temperature rise contributes to increasingly severe heat waves, and alters the delicate balance of ecosystems. The melting glaciers and polar ice not only raises sea levels, but also threatens biodiversity and disrupts marine habitats, extreme weather events, and prompt climate change to wildfires, amplifying risks to communities and state infrastructure. Ocean acidification, the consequence of heightened carbon dioxide absorption, imperils marine ecosystems, particularly organisms reliant on calcium carbonate. Agriculture faces interesting challenges, as changing climate patterns affect crop yields, regional sustainability for cultivation, the health impacts extended beyond the direct consequences of heat waves, the spread of diseases, and shifting habitats. Socially and economically, climate-induced vibration involves vulnerabilities of various sections, from tourism to fisheries, compound the global challenge. Addressing this crisis necessitates a concerted global effort, encompassing a mission of reducing strategies, sustainable practices, and robust adoption measures across diverse sections. How is the world trying to stop global warming? The world is trying to stop global warming in the realm of renewable energy advancement, and energy storage technologies are being pursued to address the internal nature of sources like solar and wind, circular economy principles are gaining traction, focusing on minimizing waste and maximizing resource efficiency, financial mechanisms such as carbon pricing and green bonds are being explored to incentivize environmentally friendly practices. Moreover, international organizations collaborate on climate adaptation strategies to help vulnerable regions cope with the inevitable impacts of climate change. These manufactured approaches collectively contribute to global endeavors to adapt to challenges pursued by global warming. Which country is the most polluted and why? To my knowledge, in January 2022, assessing the most polluted countries involves considering various factors such as air quality, water pollution, and industrial emissions. Historically, countries like India, China, and Bangladesh have faced significant pollution challenges. India, for instance, has struggled with high levels of air pollution primarily due to industrial emissions, fuel exhaust, and other cultural factors like car burning. In China, rapid industrialization has contributed to air and water pollution, with coal-fired power plants being a major source of emissions. Bangladesh grapples with air pollution from traffic congestion and industrial activities. However, it's essential to note that pollution levels can change over time due to policy interventions, technology advancements, and other factors. The data may have evolved since my last knowledge of January 2021 to obtain the most accurate up-to-date information that I have in my brain. Of most polluted countries, I recommend trying to find sources of help. What are the consequences of global warming? As soon as global population expands, the ramifications of global warming become more pronounced. The surge in human numbers testifies to demand for energy, often led through the burning of fossil fuels, amplifying greenhouse gas emissions, and accelerating climate change. The uncontained urbanization and industrialization driven by ongoing populations contribute to heat, iron effects, and air pollution, further stressing the environment. Deforestation, a common consequence of increased habitation, not only diminishes carbon sinks, but also disrupts ecosystems and biodiversity. The resulting rise in temperatures and altered precipitation patterns jeopardize agriculture, potentially leading to widespread food shortages, simulating the melting of ice cap glaciers Exacerbated by population-driven resource demand, contributions to rising sea levels pose threats to coastal regions and ecosystems, effectively addressing the consequences of global warming necessitates not only sustainable practices, but also thoughtful population management strategies to cultivate the strength of natural resources and migrate the impacts of the planet on the planet ecosystem. What do we have to do to stop global warming? We have to implement clean energy solutions involving harnessing solar, wind, and hydropower, as well as advancing technologies like energy storage and wind empowerment and inter-corporate leadership, encouraging electric vehicles, developing efficient public transit systems, promoting bike or walking infrastructure, contribute to emission reduction, preserving and restoring forests that help cleanse the carbon wilds, sustain the practices of the farming and agro-environmental impacts, international agreements like the Paris Agreement aim to unite nations in the fight against climate change, emphasizing the need for collective action, emission-reduced target individuals can make a difference by adopting eco-friendly habits, reducing waste and supporting businesses with sustainable practices, education about climate change and its consequences fosters a sense of responsibility and empowers communities to make informed choices. How is the new evolution of cars helping to stop global warming? So the new evolution of cars, particularly the rise of electric vehicles, and investments in fuel efficiency, play a crucial role in migrating global warming. Electric cars produce fewer direct emissions compared to traditional internal combustion engine vehicles as they operate on electricity, which can be generated from renewable sources. This transition to cleaner energy helps reduce the overall carbon footprint of a transportation section. Additionally, improvements in fuel efficiency in traditional vehicles contribute to lower emissions per mile traveled. As the automotive industrial evolves, innovation in sustainable materials and manufacturing processes also contributes to more effective vehicles as a key component of over effects efforts of to combat global warming by reducing greenhouse gas emissions from the transportation sector. Thank you very much. We had a good time and had a good night and thank you to the audience. Bye.
