The importance of social networks for teenagers is discussed in this podcast, with three influencers sharing their experiences. Lola and Sofia started making videos on social media at a young age, while Rivers began in university. They talk about how social media has influenced their lives, with Lola admitting to being affected by others' opinions at first, but now realizing they don't matter. Sofia doesn't care what people say about her and focuses on getting more views. They also discuss the misconception that their lives are perfect, with Lola and Rivers emphasizing that they only show certain aspects and keep personal matters private. As influencers, they use social media to express their opinions and educate young people. Overall, social networks can be dangerous if not used wisely, but they can also be entertaining and fun if approached correctly. Hello, in today's podcast we would like to talk to you about the importance of social networks in teenagers. That is why we have invited three world-renowned influencers so that they can give us their opinions on everything we are going to talk about. To start with you, we want to know how you started with social networks. We start with you, Lola. Hello, I'm Lola Berrita. I'm going to tell you how I started on social networks. When I was little, I started composing videos on applications, working musically, and also dancing videos with TikTok. I started with my videos and more and more videos. Little by little, I made notes and went on more. Thank you very much, Lola. Now, tell us, Sofía, where did you start? When I started on social networks it was because my teacher did it and I saw it was very fun. So I started making videos with her until I started on my own. To finish the presentation, Rivers explained to us how you started with the networks. When I started university, sometimes I got bored and dedicated myself to making videos until it went viral and I liked uploading the videos. And how has social networks influenced you in your life as teenagers? I felt my system and were very affected by people's opinions and the critics. But today we have realized that the opinions of others don't affect you. Absolutely right, Lola. You don't have to care about other people's opinions. It didn't affect me much because I didn't care what they said about me. So I started uploading more videos and getting more views. And what do you think about people thinking that your life is perfect? In my case, I record most of my office life. I try to show the bad moments and the good ones. But that doesn't mean I have a perfect life. I have explained that my life is not perfect. Also, there are personal things that I prefer not to explain to many people. I think that there are things that are not so everything. And you do not have to pay attention. Because there are things that are not so and not everything is perfect. Finally, as influencers, how do social networks feel positively? In a positive way, I use the network's quality and express my opinions correctly. Small children can watch my videos and leave me their understanding. As a positive way, I urge them to make young people aware of things in the world with education. I use the social network positively to change others' opinions and try to help people. In conclusion, as a centre, I think social networks are quite dangerous. If you don't know how to use them wisely. And can also harm your self-esteem because of the constant injustices brought about for us. I think they are entertaining and fun. So, social networks are already advanced if we use them correctly. But we cannot compare ourselves and not everything we see is real. Thank you very much for joining us in this experience. I hope to see you again. Bye, see you later.
