Xavier Hunt is focused on nutrition and fitness. He plans his meals carefully to meet his needs and goals. He starts his day by drinking water and taking vitamins. His breakfast includes protein and a light carb source. He goes to the gym and does cardio three to five times a week. Xavier wants to be in great shape and be able to handle anything that comes his way. My name is Xavier Hunt and my biggest focus is nutrition and fitness. Every day is calculated. Every meal I have from breakfast to dinner, every food group is meticulously placed to fit my needs and my goals. When I wake up, first thing I do is drink 16 ounces of water and take my vitamins. Then I have a light breakfast with at least 30 to 50 grams of protein, a light carb source like a banana or an apple and I'm on my way to the gym. After that, cardio. Cardio is a tool I use three to five days of the week. Everything I do is so that I'm in the best shape and I can perform at any level. I want to be capable of doing anything that comes my way on any day.
