Faith the Surfing Pit Bull

And these dogs are really, truly surfing. I mean really surfing. And they've been doing it since the early 1920s. They even made a dog surfing film that was silent like in the 1930s sometimes. It's called On the Waves in Wiccan Key. Now these guys are competitors. And when these dogs are competing, they're judged not only for their confidence, they're judged by the wave size and the length of the ride too. It's a real sport, guys. And thousands of people show up to watch them to compete. Now today, I want you to meet Faith the Surfing Pit Bull and her owner, James Wall. Now can you imagine this? You rescue this dog and the next thing you know, this dog is world famous. And people are coming up and wanting selfies with you guys. She's on posters everywhere in the surfing communities. And she's being featured as a guest on some of the top television shows. Faith and James' story is really pretty incredible. James wasn't even a surfer, but the story unfolds and you're going to hear how he got involved with dog surfing and how he then learned how to train dogs to surf and then how he trained Faith, who's now recognized as one of the top dog surfers worldwide.
