I wrote this piece soon after the Russian invasion of Ukraine. It is built around the DSCH motif that D. Shostakovich used in many of his works. This piece was awarded Jury Special Prize, Vienna Classical Music Academy Spring 2023 International Composition Competition. Please contact me if you're interested in premiering this work.
