Nothing to say, yet
The speaker discusses the difficulty of treating oneself positively and the importance of getting one's act together. They talk about going on walks to better themselves and build self-esteem. They emphasize the need to think positively and not let negative thoughts cloud the mind. The speaker also mentions the importance of allowing oneself to cry and have emotions. They encourage listeners to love themselves and take care of their well-being. Getting your act together is difficult a lot of times, and I'm not talking about your social act. I'm talking about getting your act together in terms of how you treat yourself. It's very difficult for you to think positively about yourself. You think positively of everybody else, but you always treat yourself negatively. This is how somebody with the mind of a depressed person is. I know, not because I'm some great expert, because I'm far from it, I know it because I live it. But I've been going on more and more walks recently, forcing myself to go on more walks. Yes, I've fallen into binge eating, but I've also, I went on a mile long walk yesterday. I went on a, almost, I went on two separate walks. One was almost two miles long, and one was one mile long. So almost three miles in the entire day. And as I do it, I constantly build myself up and better myself and think that I'm doing something awesome and amazing, and I'm bettering myself and bettering my health for the better. It is so important to get your act together for your own safety and your own sake. Don't let your thoughts cloud your mind, and I understand it's easier said than done. I have trouble with it all the time. It is something that is very difficult for me, but I try hard to think positively of myself recently. I do. And those walks definitely help, because I can do a 21 minute walk, mile long walk, and 21 minutes for a fat guy like me, that's pretty good, that's pretty decent. So just remember, you're important, you're valuable, but you need to remind yourself that every day. Stop speaking negativity into your life and speak positivity into your life. And also, allow yourself to cry. Because I have gotten bullied out of crying, like I've gotten made fun of and mocked and bullied as an adult for crying, and thus, it will start to build up, it will start to cause me great stress, and then I'll just bust out crying for no reason whatsoever. Due to all that bullying, I just hold my emotions and bottle it. And even when I'm by myself, there's no reason for me to. Allow yourself to cry, allow yourself to feel, allow yourself to have emotions. You are a human being. Better yourself, get your act together, and love yourself. That is the most important thing, is loving yourself and loving Jesus. Take care of yourselves, guys. You are awesome and you are amazing. I wish nothing but good things for y'all. Thank you, and have a fantastic day.
