Brody Payne, a 28-year-old man, has been charged with drug trafficking. He was living in the same house as Maya Rudd's parents and grandparent. Payne moved in about six months before he was arrested in May. Investigators discovered that he had been using the U.S. Postal Service to mail drugs. He is now facing new trafficking charges and is being held at the Davis County Detention Center. Brody Payne, 28, who lives in the home shared by Maya Rudd's parents and grandparent, has also been charged in connection with the alleged drug trafficking operation using the home as its base. Payne reportedly moves into the home about six months before he is arrested on drug charges in May. Investigators find Payne has been mailing drugs through the U.S. Postal Service and he has served with new trafficking charges at the Davis County Detention Center.
