Nothing to say, yet
The host, Ivy Joy, discusses the importance of mindfulness and peace. One way to be mindful is to focus on one of your senses and experience it without judgment. Establishing morning and evening routines with intention and purpose is also helpful. Ivy Joy shares her morning routine but struggles with her evening routine. She encourages listeners to create at least one habit before bed for relaxation. It's vibe 95, the heart of R&B, so enter that music. Welcome back to the I Don't Like It. Down with me, your girl, your host, Ivy Joy, on the Ivy Joy Show. Now the state is alive. We on to all of you. So we were talking about I Don't Like It, down on, you know, how to be mindful and 12 ways to find that mindfulness and peace, right? And I want to touch base on two. You got a two for one right now. Listen, listen, listen. So sense your senses is a really important way on being mindful because you want to choose one of your senses to focus on and notice what you experience with only that sense, right? Be in the moment and feel that feeling and, you know, identify with it and see where it takes you without judgment. Listen, listen, listen, that inner word, that inner glow. So the next one is, in practicing mindfulness, is establishing routines because you want to start and end your day with an intention and purpose by establishing morning and evening routines. So I'm pretty good with morning routines. Like, you know, on the rising, I like to, you know, start it in a certain way to, you know, get that mm-hmm going, you know what I mean, recalibrate, you know. But it's in that evening one because sometimes your evening can just go not as coordinated as you like. You know, as for myself, you know, and I feel like having that coordination as well, like having at least one habit before bed, like even if it's journalizing or playing your favorite song, you know what I'm saying, walking, sitting, and tapping, and locking, and like, yo, 595, let me create another habit. So listen, listen, listen to that relaxed 595 in joy.
