Nothing to say, yet
The speaker guides the listener to relax by imagining being tired and closing their eyes. They are instructed to focus on their breathing and slow it down. The listener is then asked to pretend that there is nothing around them and that thoughts are just memories or predictions. After counting from one to five, the listener is told to open their eyes and feel awake and refreshed. Okay, right now you're sitting down or lying down in a comfortable position. Take a few deep, slow breaths. That's right. Now remember a time when you were so tired, so sleepy that it was an effort to keep your eyes open. Pretend like this is one of those times. Just pretend that. Your eyes are so heavy that it's just an effort to keep them open. Just pretend that. Take a nice, long, deep breath as you allow your eyelids to close down. That's right. That's right. Now allow your body to relax only as much as it wants to relax, no more, no less. That's right. Now take your attention to your eyelids and allow those to relax even more. Now take that relaxation that you feel around your eyelids right now and move it to the top of your head and send a warm wave of relaxation from the top of your head down through your body to the tip of your toes. That's right. Now take your attention to your breathing. Pay attention as to how the air is moving in and out. Now slow your breathing down. Breathe in to the count of six and breathe out at the count of six. Ready? Breathe in two, three, four, five, six. Breathe out two, three, four, five, six. Breathe in two, three, four, five, six. Breathe out two, three, four, five, six. Now as you continue to breathe at this slow pace, pretend that there is nothing around you. Any sounds that you hear are coming from this emptiness and going back into the emptiness. Pretend as though there's no past or no future. Pretend that any thoughts that come up are nothing but memories or predictions of the future. They don't exist right now. So let them come and let them go. That's right. Now take your attention on your breathing. As you count in and out, be aware of the air flowing into your lungs and out again. That's right. No past, no future. Right now is all that exists. That's right. That's right. Breathe in and breathe out at the count of six. Pretend that all thoughts are only illusions, memories or predictions. They do not exist now. Now in a moment, I'll count from one to five. At the count of five, eyes open, wide awake, looking good, feeling good, feeling better than ever before. One. Two, coming back slowly. Three. At the count of five, eyes open, wide awake, looking good, feeling good, feeling better than ever before. No ill effects in your head, no headaches, no ill effects in your vision, hearing or eyesight, fact. While at these deeper levels of consciousness, all that exists is perfect peace. Four. Five, eyes open, wide awake, looking good, feeling good, feeling better than ever before.
