And it's also a great opportunity for me to try some different colors. Because if you watch my videos, you know that I usually gravitate towards red, just a warm red. And I don't really experiment too much with different colors. I'm not sure why, I mean, it's a fun thing to do. I don't know, I don't know, I just... I've never done... No. I'm a big girl. Hi guys. Hi guys, welcome. Welcome to my channel. A couple of days ago, I think, I got a request from one of my viewers. If I could make a video with putting on different lipglosses or lipsticks. And I thought that that would be a really fun idea. If you watch my videos, you know that I usually gravitate towards just some warm reds. And I thought that this would be a great opportunity to put on some new colors. To see how they would look on me. I have some lipsticks lying around that I never really use. Like a black or a purple. Because I never thought that that looked good on me. But it's been a while since I tried it on. So maybe my opinion has changed. We're gonna find out together. The lipsticks I have are not all from the same brand or anything. I just bought some new colors. Like a bright orange and a pink. But the rest of them are just some old ones that I've got laying around. Right now I don't have anything on my lips. I've put on some makeup. Just something basic that would go great with any color I think. So let's dive into it. And start with the first lipstick that I have here. Which is... let's just pick one. Well this is the bright orange one that I just bought. It's called Royal Orange. And it's a cream moisturizing lipstick. I still have the packaging on it. I'm gonna take that off first. Hopefully that gives nice sounds. First I'm gonna swatch it on my hand. There's a sticker on it as well. Give me a moment. Maybe I could just put it on. It's very bright. I didn't expect it to be this bright. Well here we go. Damn that's bright. I don't think that's gonna look very good. Okay let's go. Mirror, mirror, mirror. I'm just gonna go straight into it. I don't really have a pencil that matches this color. I'm gonna go in it and see. I can already tell that this is not gonna be a good look for me. But we are committed now. Let's get it on there. It's good. I look like a clown. Okay it's gonna be enough for me. But I do really like the formula. It's very creamy. Very moisturizing. It's not really flattering at all. Okay that's good enough. I've got some wipes just in between. I do love the sound of this thing. Okay that was really loud. Ah! Smells great. Okay let's go to the next one. So the next one is called Ultimate Pink. And I was really curious about this one. Because like I said I normally don't put on pinks. But I do really like the color on some people. I don't know why. I don't think it looks good on me. But I think it's... I don't hate pink. I don't think there's a... I think that there's a better pink for me out there than this one. But I don't hate it not as much as the orange one. Okay. Well, it's better. I know some of you guys really, really loved this lip gloss. Or lipstick. So I have some here. Love that. Okay. By the way, I love doing request videos. I've got an entire list written down in my journal with requests. And I am planning to do them. At least if I'm comfortable with them. And I really love doing them. And it's a very deep, almost black-purple color. And the reason I don't like this is because I don't think it looks good with red hair. I think that red lipsticks go a lot better with red hair. But we'll see. It's this one. It's a nice color. I like the color. So, let's put it on. Okay. Okay. Okay, well... So, this color is a little unforgiving. I think it would look way better if I put a liner on my lips. But like I said, I don't have one in this color. I only, of course, have red lip liners. But I don't hate this as much as I thought I was going to hate it. I don't think it looks that bad with this hair color. Not the best, but yeah, I don't hate it. I do know that I love darker colors better on me than light colors. So, something that gives a lot of contrast to my face. I love that. Yeah, not sure. Not sure about this one. I am, so... I'm not sure if you guys know this, but I'm not a natural redhead. I don't think I've ever told this on YouTube, but I'm not a natural redhead. I am planning to grow this red out. It's henna, so it does need to grow out. I can't just cover it up with something. But I think that if my henna's grown out and I'll be a blonde again, I think... what was that? Then I think that purple would suit me a little better with blonde hair. I think red hair is just tricky. Let's get this one off. Okay. Okay. Next one, I'm really excited about this one, but I'm also really scared because it's black. And I know some people can really, really, really put off black lipstick very well. But it's very unforgiving and I don't think it's... Let's see. Let's just put it up. This one is a matte lip color, so that does tend to make my lips very dry. Let's give it a little swatch over here. It's not the most pigmented one. It's a little see-through. I wish I had a lip liner for this one. Or the other day I saw a girl using like a stained gloss type of thing underneath the black lipstick and that made it look so good. I wish I had that, but I don't. We got to make do with what we've got. Let's go. Okay. You can see over here that it's not the most pigmented one. Okay. Like I said, this definitely needs a lip liner, but let's see how we feel about this. I actually don't really hate it that much, but I do think that I need to darken my eyes a little bit for this to work. Maybe go for more like a goth, goth makeup look. It does make me look very pale, but I love the like grunge, grunge type aesthetic that it gives. My sister is like obsessed with 80s goth looks and they always like have these very big hairdos and I think that reminds me a bit. I think my sister would approve of that. Okay, let's try to get this off as best as we can because it does stain a bit. Let's see. Okay, I think we've got a bit of a problem, but I don't think these warps are meant for like those dried down lipsticks. I think you need something a little bit more oily. So let's see if I got something around here somewhere. Okay, I've got another makeup remover. I'm just going to put it on the same doekje. Let's see if that helps. And I'm going to try it with the last two lipsticks to see how it feels. Maybe I can have some more fine, you know, detailed small movements with precise, if you would, precise movements with this one. Let's get down to it. Okay. I remember that my mom used to have one of those beautiful pencils for your lips. She had one. And I always thought it was like the best, luxurious thing ever. Because she had to pull up this part and then screw it on and it would come out. And I thought, you know, that's like big adulthood. So, this one also a very dark one, almost brownish. This is something that I would be very comfortable wearing. Because, like I said, I always go for those warm reddish colors. But this one, it's this one. It's a little more brown than I'm used to. I'm not used to, but let's see how it looks. Okay. Go in with the pencil. Okay. Let's see. I like the covering of my face. Okay. It's not that pigmented, but that's okay. Okay. Yeah. I just think that the application and the formula is just very patchy and it doesn't really look great on your lips. But, like I said, it was very cheap. Also, very brown. Yeah, I don't hate it.
