This is a three-and-a-half-minute refocus meditation led by Jasmine Holman. She instructs listeners to focus on their breathing and align their posture. They are then asked to close their eyes and imagine the word "focus." They are encouraged to think about what they need to focus on, and for 15 seconds, to think of nothing. After the meditation, listeners are promised increased energy and focus. They are invited to contact Jasmine for more meditations. Hello, my name is Jasmine Holman and this is a refocus meditation that should last three minutes and a half. Well first I would like for you to just breathe, inhale and exhale if you would please. I just want you to focus on the word refocus. Re is for the alignment, focus is to pay attention to. So I just want you to pay attention to your breathing. I want you to first sit up straight, align your shoulders, put one hand in your left thigh, your left hand and put your right hand on your right thigh and just breathe again. Inhale, exhale and on a count of five I want you to slowly close your eyes. One, two, three, refocus, four, five and I want you to focus on the word focus. Try to imagine it and when you see the word or hear it in your thoughts, the word focus, as you listen to the sound of my voice, I want you to say what you need to focus on and that is between you and yourself. If you feel like you don't need to focus, say focus on something, just say the word back to me. Focus, focus. And for 15 seconds I want you to think clear, meaning think nothing. So the focus is within you. Just keep following the meditation. So 15 seconds has gone and the word focus is within you. So when you come back from this meditation, you will feel more energized, you will feel more focused, so you'll refocus as aligned. And that I would like to say thank you.
