Slight improvements to an old score. This was written during Covid lockdowns to try and capture the emotions experienced during that period, but also a sense of inertia or going nowhere. This was my first attempt at a string quartet, having written the melody on piano and feeling it needed more layers than I could play with two hands. I don't play any string instruments so it was an interesting experience to write a piece for strings. Remixed so the viola can actually be heard now.
