If the practice gets to the point where there's tremendous continuity in this awareness, so that we're really in the timeless present, the fear of death is a thought, it's an idea about something. And even the moments leading up to it, there's something fulfilling about being intimately, and totally connected, with the moment. It's like the continuous present, presence. There is no future. There is no past. There's only now. And so, the challenge of the practice is to live fully in this moment. In this moment. And we are dying and being reborn all the time.
