Perspectives

The speaker asked their grandparents, parents, and themselves about events caused by wars. The grandparents' responses were old and war-related, the parents' were based on movies rather than personal experience, and the speaker's own examples were more recent, like COVID. The speaker finds it interesting that their examples span three generations. Now on the subject of perspective, so I asked my grandparents, my parents and also myself and my sister what were events that were caused by wars. Now I noted that my grandparents submissions were, well they were dated and very war related, so relative to war. My parents was, things that I have seen in films but I've never actually experienced. And then with myself, just things that I myself have related to, like COVID for example. So I was, I just noted that the things that I've chosen in this presentation have spanned three generations, cross that generational gap, which I find pretty cool.
