To power the pulley, a cable needs to be connected from the generator in the building on the pier to the raft. Gather glue, wiring, textile, and gears. Once you have everything, come back for further instructions. Ok, you need to run a cable between the pier and the raft to connect the cable to the generator in the building up there on the pier. That should power the pulley. To do this, I'm going to need you to gather some glue, some wiring, some textile, and a couple of gears.
