The presentation is about NIO and the future of college sports. It discusses what NIO is, the importance of name, image, and likeness, and the debate surrounding its impact on sports. Pros and cons are mentioned, such as players being paid and the potential imbalances. Different perspectives are explored, including athletes, the NCAA, and college programs. The conclusion is that NIO is a significant development in sports that will continue to shape the industry. Resources are provided, and the audience is thanked for watching. For this presentation, the topic I chose is NIO and the future of college sports. I started by talking about what is NIO and why it's important, what is name, image, and likeness, and what the rules mean. I talked about the definition and what makes it so important for people around the world to debate on if it's good or bad for the future of sports. I then spoke on some of the more spoken on pros and cons of the new rule, which makes me talk about what everybody around the world is debating on. Things like players being paid to play, imbalances between players and team members, and more. I also talked about cons, like helping pay for less fortunate financial students, and growing up and preparing for life after college sports, whether it be the pros or not. My next few slides were about the different perspectives one may view the rule from. I started with athletes and how they are for it, and some reasons why. Things like building relationships and more. I then went to the NCAA as a whole and how they really are in the middle of trying to help athletes, but also monitoring and keeping things fair and right, so to say. I finished with college programs and institutions, and how NIO also benefits them by bringing spotlight and more to the program. I concluded with telling my viewers that NIO is something new that doesn't look to be going away. I finished my presentation by letting people know that depending on how you look at NIO, you might have a different opinion on it than others. However, as a whole, it is something important to keep eyes on moving forward as it changes sports forever. After that, I gave some resources, and thanks for watching.
