Kelly invites listeners to follow her on Facebook for more sessions. Hi everyone, so it's Kelly Dawn Purrington and I am going to go ahead and tape another Harmonize With Your Spirit Guides. I find this to be a really great way to communicate, gather wisdom from your spirit guides. So what I want to remind you is that when you go through this process, please take some time to make sure that you set up a space that is sacred. Have yourself a cup of tea or a glass of water, something that's soothing for you nearby. Also a notepad and a pen, just so that when you're done, you can jot down a few notes if you need. So what is nice about this is that you'll have a few to choose from as far as getting some guidance from your inner self, beyond the thinking brain into your psyche. And that's where I meet with spirits, I meet with them beyond my thinking brain. So I want to share this with you, so I'm going to take some time to get prepared and then I will start to record. So in a moment, I will lead you through a guided visualization. Now is the time to get relaxed on your chair, your bed, or wherever you are. Remove all items from your lap and just get comfortable. Begin by taking some slow deep breaths, closing your eyes and allowing yourself to relax. Continue to take some nice, deep, nourishing breaths. Just feel every breath that you take, nourishing your body, giving it the breath that you need. You are now relaxing into your psyche. This is where you can be peaceful. Allow yourself to relax more and more with every breath. Now imagine that there is a path before you. This path can be made of stone, or brick, or it can be worn into the earth. Slowly begin your way down this path. Notice the trees, the sounds, the plants, all of these surrounding your path. Breathing in the fresh air with each step. What sounds are you hearing? Are there birds singing? Is there water flowing? Perhaps it's the sound of a waterfall, or the ocean waves gently coming to shore. How does the air feel? Is there a gentle breeze? Or is the air still? Remembering that your breath is key. Take a moment to center your breathing, allowing your breath to bring ease and peace. This is your time. There is nowhere to go. Nowhere else that you need to be. Continuing to notice the beautiful aspects of this journey. Notice how the ground feels beneath your feet. Noticing the sounds and the beautiful sights around you. And as you near the end of your path, you start to see your destination, knowing that you are going to be meeting one of your spiritual guides. As you come to the end of the path, you notice a beautiful area. This area is made just for you. Begin to notice the landscape. Are you at the ocean or at a water's edge? Perhaps a beautiful forest or a garden. This could be a place that you love to go and sit. Let this beautiful place come to life, allowing a peaceful place to sit, to be before you. Do not judge. Just allow whatever you're seeing to form before you. So go ahead and take a seat, and enjoy the wondrous beauty. And as you are taking in the sights and sounds, you receive a note from a bird passing by. This note lets you know a spirit guide will arrive soon. As you watch for their arrival, you feel the excitement of the moment. A guide just for you will be arriving soon. And from a distance, you notice someone walking towards you. Begin to see their shape, their form. And as they come closer, you begin to notice what they look like or what they feel like. Take it all in. Before you is one of your spirit guides. They are here to share wisdom. They are here to help you on your journey in life. What do they look like? Are they tall or short? Or somewhere in between? Notice what they're wearing. How does it feel to be in their presence? This is your spiritual guide. Someone that's been with you a long time, trying to help you with your journey. Allow yourself to take in the power of this moment. Remember to breathe and stay in this moment. Connect deeply with this being of love. Look into their eyes and ask, what is your name? What can I call you? What is your role in my life? How have you tried to guide me? What wisdom are you bringing to me? Allow yourself to hear the answer with no judgment. Breathe it all in. I'm going to be silent for a bit to let you have time to spend with your spirit guide. This is when you can ask them questions. This is when you can expect some guidance from them. Knowing you can come back any time. And as you sit in your beautiful place, just taking a little bit more of the peace. Knowing that you can bring this peace with you. Go ahead and stand up. And start your journey back down the path. Once again, seeing the nature. Taking it all in. Feeling the breeze as it comes through the trees. Or rustles in the grass. You are nearing the end of this journey. Know that you can visit this again. Stepping back, feeling yourself in the beautiful place that you are. Wherever you're seated, begin to feel the chair beneath you, the bed beneath you. Whatever it is that you're sitting on. Begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers. Gently coming back. Allowing yourself to open your eyes. Seeing that you can bring the peace with you. Another breath. Welcome back. What an incredible journey. Thank you so much.
