The speaker discusses how clinical experience has helped them progress in nursing. They mention that they haven't started their clinical experiences yet but were part of a nursing magnet high school. Due to COVID, they couldn't go into hospitals for clinical rotations but did simulations and practiced nursing skills. They are grateful for this experience as it gave them a head start and an idea of their career in nursing. So going off of getting involved, how has clinical experience helped you progress in nursing, if you've had any? Yeah, so like I haven't started my clinical experiences yet. It's through USC College of Nursing. I'll start that in the fall. But I was part of a nursing magnet high school. So I didn't actually get to go into the hospitals for clinical rotations due to COVID. But I did a lot of like sim lab and practices like of nursing skills that every nurse needs. That was just a great way to like kind of get a jump start and an idea of what nursing is like before going to college. So I'm really grateful for that experience. I did a lot of just like videos of myself practicing on like family members and friends. But even though I didn't get the full experience, it was still just a great way to get that head start and really get an idea of my career in nursing. Of course. Thank you so much for your time. Of course.
