Rob, you've just met Graeme, how did you find your chat with him today? Yeah, thanks Kim. I really loved our conversation with Graeme today. Right from the very outset, he was very honest, he was extremely vulnerable and that's not something that we quickly jump to with men when we're having conversations with men these days. I know I personally find I take a little bit of time to get to that kind of level of vulnerability but Graeme was straight in and he's absolutely an open book.
