Opossum ScareCam

The speaker was watching their security camera when they saw a cat eating their food. But then they realized it was a possum. Instead of scaring it away, they used the speaker on the camera to growl at it. The possum got scared and ran away, knocking over the food dish. The speaker then felt embarrassed and stopped growling. Good morning, sports fans. So the other night, I'm sitting around the house watching TV. As one does, I decided to look out the security camera out in the carport, because sometimes I can see one of the neighbor cats eating some of the food that I leave out. So I brought the camera up, and I tuned in, and there was the gray cat that frequently comes by. As I was about to turn the camera off, because you can only look at a cat's butt so much as it eats, I noticed that its tail was naked. And I was like, holy shit, that's a possum. And so I was going to get up and bang on the window or run out the door or whatever. And then I remembered, being the lazy person that I am, that there's a microphone to the security camera app. And the little camera has a speaker. So I hit the button, and he's still eating away. And I start growling, grrr, grrr, you know. I'm just imagining that there's this gigantic, horrendous growling sound going on out there. And the possum stops eating, looks, turns around, and is like, what the hell? And then he starts eating again. So I'm grrr, grrr, growling and growling. And finally, he takes off running and knocks the food dish over, of course, as he flees the scene of his crime. But then I got to thinking, if the possum can hear me growling through the security camera, then any neighbors that might be out in the minus 300 degree weather might also be hearing me. And then I thought, good god, I'm a grown man, and I'm growling at a possum through a phone, through a camera. And I put the phone down, folks. It just got to be a little bit too much, even for me.
