In the United States, the speaker's experience has not affected their success, confidence, and personal development. They have equal opportunities as men. However, they sometimes face social discrimination as a woman and feel their ideas are undervalued. They anticipate challenges in balancing their career with having a family but believe that American systems support them in achieving both. My experience in the United States thus far has not hindered my success, confidence, and growth. I am able to experience the same opportunities as my male counterparts. However, as a woman in America, I occasionally experience social discrimination and feel that my ideas and beliefs are not as important as others. Heading into the professional advertising industry, I am aware that my career will be slightly more difficult to accomplish with desired children and family, but several systems in America allow me to carry out both.
