Let the features of your face, your eyes, your nose, your cheeks, your lips, and your jaw surrender into their inherent alignment. As you descend into the river of tranquility.
Relax your body and your mind and surrender to the truth of the words that follow. I am present here and now. I am immersed in the present moment. I am a conduit of love, radiating warmth and affection. I am an embodiment of peace, cultivating calmness within and around me. I am the manifestation of mindfulness.
