Some people's mentality needs to change regarding their behavior when dealing with others. Uber drivers sometimes take advantage of their clients by charging extra money and assuming the client is wealthy. This can be frustrating for customers who have encountered drivers that invade their privacy by asking personal questions and not respecting boundaries. Despite trying to be understanding and polite, drivers can push customers to the point of anger. Some people's mentality needs to change had a proper way of thinking or dealing with things. When you go on Uber, they don't mind taking client's money for no reason. Drivers believe that they have the right to make extra money because since the rider is taking a private ride, then he or she is rich. It won't hurt if we smart them out. I've been here for a while and I faced lots of troubles with these drivers and they really gave me a hard time. I ordered a car, for example, and once I enter and I get in, they keep talking and talking and talking and asking me like private questions like, I don't want to share my information with you. Like, who are you? Why do I have to speak about myself? They keep and they continue even asking me even after I explained to them like, I try to be nice. I don't want to offend them because I know that they are not well-educated and I should be more understanding and solemn to get them hurt. But by the end, they keep pushing and pushing until they make me mad.
