Nothing to say, yet
The speaker discusses a document called the treason document and its implications. They argue that the New Zealand government is actually a foreign company and that the Crown is committing treason. They mention a court case and the need to sue this company for damages. They also discuss the alleged fraud of the voting system and the importance of taking legal action against the company rather than relying on voting. The speaker believes that the company is responsible for the vaccine injuries and urges further investigation into the company and its representatives. Hi Adrian, sorry, did someone say something? Oh yeah, no, that was Jess just asking if I like the chickpea chips that he gave me. Yep, sorry, you're asking the whole group, Jess. I hope you realise that. I just read the other shit and was like, oh, and he runs out of the room. Oh, I love it. Here we go. Okay. Welcome along everybody on Facebook and everybody here tonight. Looking forward to catching up with Liz again, always amazing. Need a whole bunch more people in. We don't know what's going to crop up from day to day, do we? No, no. No, very exciting. Light the fire. Yeah. Seems so. Everyone's in at the moment? Yeah, I'll just let a few more people come in. Yeah, away you go. I'll wait for them to come in. Hi Andrea. We've got our Aussie contingent in. Yep, we've got this. Yep, we sure do. Hi Lynette. Well, I think it's going to be a bit of an international tonight actually. Oh yeah. Of course, as usual, going to focus on the New Zealand situation and what we're doing here. The court tonight sued the nature of the beast. Who is being sued and for what is extremely important. Now, you'll recall that last Friday I talked about what I call the treason document. I'm not talking about Maori committing treason. I'm talking about what we know as a New Zealand government. Well, not a New Zealand government, the Crown committing treason. Maori haven't been particularly innocent in it all because they've been pretty opportunist, let's say. But we've learned a lot over this past week of considering the document and thinking about it, looking at it again. And have come to the conclusion that the front page is probably the most interesting part of it. Because it seems really puzzling, but it's actually when we look at it. Do you want me to go and find it Liz and do you want me to screen share? Yeah, just the front page if you would please. There's a declaration of war there. One of the other things that I thought about and figured out is that this is actually a declaration and an order. Two things, within six pages. The declaration, let's start with that front page again. Good, thank you Emma. So the declaration is to Her Majesty the Queen in right of New Zealand. Seek sick number and then it's got four zeros and 21605 in the headquarters, the mailing address. If we can go down a little bit. It's got a seal over there, which is the seal of the postmaster. It's got notice to agent, notice to principal. And right down the bottom we've got a barcode. If we pop up to the top again, you'll see the flag that I've talked about. Excuse me, it doesn't actually have a paper clip on it in its original form. That's just me sticking it together. Okay, I've talked about the flag. So it's presented on behalf of what's called the Māori Nation, M-A-U-R-I. Because there's quite a lot of thinking around what is Māori, M-A-U-R-I, sorry, M-A-O-R-I and what is Māori, M-A-U-R-I. Māori is more like a spiritual idea, I suppose. Okay, let's have a look at this front page. Now, good evening, Kevin. So I got thinking about this declaration in order. And if we can go to page five, please, Huma. Okay, which is the order itself. So the declaration takes up the first three pages. Right, now remember it was to Helen Winkleman, Chief Justice. And we have repeated again, Her Majesty the Queen in Right of New Zealand, SEC, GOV, CIK, etc. Okay, and that's recorded in the Securities Commission in the US. And then Patsy Reddy, who was the Governor General at the time, she's there. And Jacinda Ardern, who's the Prime Minister. And it's from Te Waka Maninga o Ngā Tino Rangatira o Ngā Hapū o Aotearoa, New Terene. And you remember I said, I don't know if I discussed it much in the last one when we looked at the document. But this has really been making me think about this. That due to the failure of the Office of the Minister of Justice, Andrew Little, to provide proof of an international maritime contract between ourselves and his foreign offshore private company, masquerading as the Government of New Zealand, confirms that all statutes, maritime admiralty jurisdiction and acts of Parliament are unlawful. And then we go on to the demands. Okay, so due to the failure, and then we've got the demands. Okay, now let's go back to what the document is saying, is a private offshore company masquerading as the Government. I believe we're right, and we're going to test it. And did I send you, Emma, a document called? It's called, it's called. It was on the email. Yeah, I've sent it by email to you. I'll just grab it. I won't try and find it online because as soon as I try and do that, it takes ages to load it up. Yeah, I've got it right here. Right. So we've got cases running, as you know. This is it. We've got cases running. And we've got one coming up in the authority. It's been kicking about in the court as well because we tried to get a reinstatement for this person. They didn't, we didn't succeed. But that was an interim reinstatement. Well, it's going to be delayed a bit now because this is an amended statement of problem. So I'm going to be putting together the legal arguments as to why we're naming, we're naming a new respondent in this. OK, so the applicant is the applicant that's already there. Well, then we've got ourselves, the union, as the second applicant. OK, and the first respondent is the original one, which we blanked out. And then our second respondent is Jacinda Ardern, the Prime Minister for Her Majesty, Queen and Right of New Zealand, CIK, number 2161056888, Foreign Governments. Now, we've got some more information on this than what they have on their document because our great researcher, Erica, went and looked them up for us today and got some more information. So, so then this is just, you know, giving an example of what is called the intitulation page. So we can, we know who we're going to be suing. OK, so we've got an amended statement of problems dated and then we've got a filing. So it's filed by etc. And then we've got address for service of second applicant. That's the union. We're going to put that in when we get to it. I'm just putting these in to remind myself of all of these things because they have to be then put into the document. So the address for service for the second respondent, which is the Queen and Right of New Zealand, is the Terrace 1, the Terrace National Provident Building, Wellington, New Zealand. And the mailing address is care of the New Zealand Debt Management Office, the Treasury, 1, the Terrace PO Box 3724 Wellington, New Zealand, which is the service on the front cover of this. And it's been confirmed by looking at the New Zealand Securities, the US, sorry, the US Securities and Exchange Commission. So I then went and had a look at the filings of the US Securities and Exchange Commission. And we've got some useful terms. So we have what are called EDGA filings. And EDGA stands for Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Indexing, Acceptance and Forwarding of Submissions by Companies and Others. Hang on, bit too fast. Who are required by law to file forms with the US Security and Exchange Commission. Now, they're filed under a 1934 Act. OK, it's not a New Zealand Act, though. It's an American Act. OK, so this is an American system that our government is being ruled by, basically, is being run by. So the question, who makes the annual report to EDGA on Forms 18K-A? OK, so because if you can go in, you can go and make a search for this. And I've put a link to the securities register on here. So you guys can, you know, this will be put up. You can look at it in detail and do some stuff over the weekend. Do some checking out for us about all of these people and who they are. So the answer is the Permanent Representative of the New Zealand Permanent Mission to the United Nations. These are the people who file the reports. Two people sign off the reports, the Permanent Representative and the Deputy Permanent Representative. And depending on the year, it'll be different people. Their office is situated at 1 United Nations Plaza, 25th floor, New York. John E. Estes of Sullivan Cromwell, 101 Collins Street, Melbourne, gets a copy. And I did a little research on John. John has a wealth of experience acting for mining clients in domestic and international transactions, including debt and equity and acquisition. And you can find out a lot more about him. You know, you can researchers get into it this weekend. This is what I found an interesting Permanent Representative in 2008 was Ms. Kirsty Graham. Here's her current profile and there's your link into her profile. Her current role is on the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. But she has an impressive history. Prior to joining Elderman, Kirsty spent 10 years at Pfizer Inc., where she most recently served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs for their biopharmaceuticals group. In that role, she oversaw the full scope of corporate affairs for Pfizer's innovative medicines businesses, which operate in more than 125 countries and have a portfolio of more than 600 products, generating approximately three quarters of the company's revenues. Kirsty was previously SVP Global Policy and International Affairs at Pfizer. Before joining the business world, Kirsty spent 16 years in the New Zealand Foreign Service, working on a wide range of economic security and trade policy issues with responsibilities spanning bilateral relations with China, Japan and the United States. She graduated with a BA in English Lit and a postgraduate degree in philosophy from Otago University. So she's definitely a New Zealander. So that's all I had time to do researching. But I think there's something like 23 filings that you can find on the U.S. Securities Register, if you go and have a look at it. And it would be really fun for you to start sending us in your research. So I think it's quite a turning point if we start putting Jacinda Ardern or it'll depend on who's been signing off particular orders. Now, Chris Hipkins, was he Deputy Prime Minister at the time? Well, no, that was Grant, wasn't it? But anyway, they're all working for Her Majesty the Queen in Right of New Zealand, which is a foreign company. It's not even a New Zealand company. No, in the business of foreign governments. Well, it's in the business of foreign governments, right? And it's trading our securities. Some of the filings have to do with what our budget is, what our fiscal reports are, etc., etc. Securities, as you know, is a fancy name for mortgages. So they're floating, I believe, the land of New Zealand on the stock market, on the securities market. We are at the mercy of people like Pfizer. And they basically did a drug deal for Pfizer. That's what the trial was, because it was a marketing plan to sell the trial to New Zealanders. And we paid for it, of course, out of all of our taxation. So, as I say, all I've got as far as doing is the intitulation page, because I've got to think about how the, what I call the treason document is going to fit in there. Because, you see, they got a lot of mileage out of this. And, of course, don't forget that on the back of that, it's signed off by Thea Williams, who's the treasury solicitor. Someone called Jaycee, I forget what her name is. She's prime minister's office. And Gregory Bourne, who's working for the governor general. But, of course, on the front, we've got notice to agent, notice to principal. Now, if these sort of high and mighty go off signing stuff off without knowing what they're signing, it's pretty strange. They were waiting for it, actually, because they decided on the say-so of idiots like Sean Elias, that it was a good idea to now let Maori take over the administration and eventually the territory, all of the territory of New Zealand. She, there's another case. I've talked about Ngati Apa versus the Attorney General. Then that was the case that arose over the seabed in 2003. It ended up with the Seabed Enforcement Act being enacted, which was, the case argues that Maori have the right to make claims to land underwater. They may claim on the land under Milford Sound. And then it was said, and basically the Supreme Court agreed. Sean Elias wrote the judge. Sean Elias, his was most of the reasoning. Now, that was the case that I was saying. This shows that actually the Crown, they talked about, because Maori brought the case, and of course they should talk about, you know, who brings the case. You can't talk about, well, what's the situation with all of the rest of the land in New Zealand if other people apart from Maori don't bring the case. So that's fair enough. They talked about native title, unextinguished native title. So they didn't get the rights to the seabed and foreshore at that time. However, what happened in 2011, of course, was the rejig of that. And that's where I went and made the submission to the Maori Select Committee at that time, that in actual fact, there could be no fee simple in the country because there'd never been a conquest. And a fee simple is generated by a conquest. So they then modified the seabed and foreshore to the marine something, forget what the name of it is, in about 2011. And it was, if you'd had contiguous, if land that you had not had extinguished native title on was contiguous to an area of seabed, then you could make a claim on that, right? So, you know, the thing is that, and this is where this idea of marine and coastal, claiming the beds of rivers and lakes and all of this stuff has come from. But then rivers and lakes are what is providing the water for us all. So then it gets sold, a proprietary right in the water. They don't say there's a proprietary right in the water. But if you've got control over a piece of land, like you've got a title over a piece of land, then what's on it, you then control. It's going to be interesting from, you know, now the idea of a low deal is starting to permeate the landscape. It's going to be interesting because the argument for the public is no. The water has to stay in control of the public through local government probably. Okay, so it's a control issue. There's no ownership in the water itself. And you can't go selling it off to the highest bidder, you know, as a security. It sounds like a funny idea to float water as a security, but I think that's the sort of stuff they do. They get it into their heads, I've got ownership of all sorts of stuff, including us, by the way, at the paper. Including us, right? You know, and you guys who talked about birth certificates and that, you were completely right. I have also been doing some research into what's called the Torrens system. The Torrens system is the way that we register land. It was put together by a guy called Torrens and he was Australian back in the 1890s. He was a customs official and he was used to registering ships and he looked at the old-fashioned way that the British were doing it. And he then said, well, why not just register land the same way as you do ships? So, you know, on those ships, because we're on the land, you know, it's very strange, but we're the cargo, we're the galley slaves or we're something like that. So our labour is really what they're interested in, not us as people. This is why, you know, people have been so off going into a court and contracting with the court, because they're saying, I'm not a piece of stuff, you know, I'm a real living person. And they're right, but the more correct way to do it is to know who your enemy is, which is the Crown calling itself, you know, well, it's this queen and right of New Zealand company. Now, if you know that it's a company, I think it'll change the feeling that New Zealanders have got. They think there's a connection between voting people into Parliament and this company. There isn't. All that's happening is you're in that system out of those people who have voted into Parliament and it's an illusion. You have a party, the one who gets the most party, you know, gets the most seats. They then ask the Crown if they can form a government. Then they get to be, they kind of take off their masks of our representatives and they act in the interests of the queen and right of New Zealand company. And it's all commercial from there on in. So this thing about voting for people to be in Parliament is to draw your attention away to what's actually going on. So that's why when their most important thing was to have a marketing campaign for this poison, whatever, you know, it didn't, there was really no say. If we'd had more members of Parliament, of course, they could have been stopped. But, you know, as I think said, Alicia, it's a fraud, the voting system itself as well. But anyway, it doesn't require voting, though. OK, that's very hit and miss. What it requires is suing the pants off this company. Because think of them, if you, if a company came along that did you wrong, you've got a right to go to court. And if you know the name of the company, then you can take, and this is what the union's going to be taking, contractual cases against them. Because they interfered, this company interfered with the contracts of our members. It was a bit of a long, it's a bit of a long sort of string. They keep themselves pretty far from it. And the employers allowed it to happen. But it was the government that was the controlling third party. Or the Queen and Rt of New Zealand, I'm going to stop calling them the government. The Queen and Rt of New Zealand was the controlling third party. They're the correct ones to sue. And as I say, I haven't done the, I haven't worked out exactly what it's all going to, exactly what it's all going to look like yet, but you will see it when it's done. Because they could be done, that's all the damages for all the jab injuries and that, isn't it? Yeah, the jab injuries can definitely be, you know, it's nothing to do with all of the propaganda about, oh, we're trying to keep you safe and all of this rubbish. And I believe that if you've got the right person to sue, the right person, the right company to sue, you can demand discovery over that contract, right? Because it's not, it's nothing to do with Parliament in the end. No, no. And so does it lend itself to the Health and Safety Work Act and all the fines in there? Yes, and I think that's why they made such a muck up of it, because it wasn't, it was a, you know, it was a, what do you call it, marketing. It was marketing. And it didn't have anything to do with health. But when we can see who it is that's doing the marketing, it makes for the much clearer target, if you like. It's been very, very confusing. But it explains exactly why they've done it. Because they're not working for us, they're working for the UN, by the way. Yeah, yeah. For the UN. The Form 18 KAs, they go to the UN. And they don't go through any elected representative. They go through someone called a permanent, what do they call themselves, a permanent representative. Lots. People like Kirsty Graham. I wonder if she's related to Doug Graham in any way. Find out, guys, if you can. I didn't have time to do all the research. But when you go into the Securities website, you can see who was the, who was the, Jim McClay was one of the permanent secretaries on one of the years. I haven't had a chance to. This guy, what's his name? Back on that other one we had. Do you want me to bring that back up again? Yeah, just, we'll get off this in a minute, guys. I just want to set you on the track of investigating. Very interesting, Liz. Very interesting. What's his name? We'll take it back up. He's working in Melbourne. Oh, down a bit, wasn't it? Yeah. Which sounds like a Spanish name to me. Yeah. John E. Estes of Sullivan Cromwell. On Collins Street, Melbourne. If you know Melbourne at all, it's a business centre. Okay. And he gets a copy of it. So I believe somebody emailed me fairly recently or messaged me and said that, I think it might have been you, Alicia, about the, oh, I know who it was. No, it was my friend Michelle, saying that the Australians are coming, mining is looking very closely, Australian mining companies are here in a big way. I thought we weren't doing any of that because of climate change. Oh, yes. What? They're not. They don't give a rat's. Yeah, they don't give a rat's. Exactly. Exactly. They're keen on rat pests, but that's all for us. That reminds me, did you see the thing about the steel mill and the government sponsoring the steel mill's arc furnace to the tune of a lot of money? They're sponsoring who? The New Zealand Steel. Oh, yes, yes, yes. That's a very interesting article. Yeah. Yeah. New Zealand Steel's going to go woke and broke. 300 million. The government's giving them. Who is it giving them 300 million of our money? The government. Yeah. Yeah. Sorry. The Queen and the Rite of New Zealand. The Queen and the Rite of New Zealand Company. Okay, guys, I don't want to hear the word government anymore. I've had it. No. No. Swear word. Because we get used to it. And then I think it will change people's minds. They'll start saying, what? Who? Who are these people? Right? That's who's been pulling the strings. And they're having their strings pulled by the UN, obviously. Gosh, yeah. Let's get going in those courts. Yeah. So let's do it, guys. One of our members, as I said last time, I think, she's wanting to see if some of those demands that were in the auditing there can be brought to fruition. What do they have? Suspend all authority of the imposter government. Cease and desist all activities maintained to mandatory vaccinations. Cease and desist all activities pertaining to coerced vaccinations. Cease and desist the use of all 1080 and Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie, Brodie Ruining our world, right? Okay, now we've got some great little piece of footage. Did you get that text I sent you? Now this is a lady called Penny Marie. Now Penny Marie is going to be working with the union and I met her through Project TOWELS and she did exactly what was required and reminded a board of trustees on the Hauraki Plains that they are PCEU. Have we got that at all? Yeah, just two minutes and I'll... Okay, she does a great presentation to them. It's going to take 10 minutes, so sit back and relax. I'll have 10 minutes relaxation while Penny does her thing, going to help her provide legal advice for teachers really on how to protect themselves against having to teach the horrible sexual program that they're trying to push on to everybody. Okay, which is the Kirsty Graham we are to research? Okay, she's... Now there's a... On that document that Ian put up before, there's a website, okay, because she... It was 2008 that she was the permanent representative that presented these reports to the UN and I just happened to have a quick research on her, but she's currently, excuse me, at the Harvard HK Chan... I think it's called HK Chan School of Public Health and if you look at this website, oh, talk about, you know, it's all about racism as the public health issue of today and all of this crap and all about climate change and all of that. Shaw was gloating about it, but a reporter then asked about a new coal-fired apparatus and Shaw looked shocked. Yeah. Yeah, there's that... That's not the one I wanted. Yeah. I've put that in the chat. Okay, that's good. And the voice media one is over here. This is it. This is our terrific lady. Right. Okay. Thanks for putting me on the agenda today. So um um um We might have to get you guys to watch this on a link. We might not be able to get to play it on here. What? What? Is it not playing? No, we've got no sound in. Oh, right. Okay, then we have a... aren't sharing options. Oh, no, that's not what I want. That's weird. I think it depends. Perhaps... I think it has to be downloaded first. I think I actually have it. I'll download it. It won't take long and I'll try it that way. It might... Dee was asking about the Kirstie research, right? Just put in Kirstie Graham plus... What was the search I put in? Plus UN, I think. I'll put in that search. I just use a plus on a lot of things and I get, you know, quite a lot of what I need. But she's definitely the one that was the permanent secretary in 2009. So that looks like, you know, I mean, that's what a government bond is. Is the monetization of bail. Well, you know, it's security. We ask security for the loans for the loans that they're taking out. And yeah, that's the link for that. That's the link for Kirstie. Yeah, just put in Harvard. Put in Kirstie Graham plus Harvard. You'll get her fee. And we're getting on. You're muted at the moment, Dee. Okay. Well, anyway, people are making remarks and talking on the chat. Yeah, quite a few people have seen this, but... Yeah, so I've said to Penny that I will work on some advice for teachers over the weekend. Sorry, I couldn't find the unmute button. Oh, where are we? Now you're unmuted now. Now you're unmuted now. Yeah, yeah, I found it. It's totally changed the look of Zoom and turned it into some other funny little thing. Here we go. Oh my goodness. Right. Do you want me to share it? Have a go, shall we? Oops, I've probably pulled it up again. Hang on. Here we go. Okay. Right. Is that working? Well, we heard a little bit of sound. Okay. Well, that's cool. Whether it's got a buffer or not, possibly. Thanks for including me on the agenda today. I'm going to speak really fast because I've only got ten minutes. So you can hear that? Uh-huh. Yeah, cool. I'm here as your ally and not your adversary. I'm informing you of your risk and responsibility to do what is morally right. We parents expect that you will always put our kids' health, well-being, and best interests before policy, where there may be a conflict between their well-being and policy. So the first point tonight is sexuality education and gender ideology. The sight of hands where school sex education became sexuality education is really significant. Schools are expected to embed sexuality education, that is gender theory, into every curriculum subject. I'm asking the board to please provide me with details of what this looks like at our schools. What is the current sex education program, and in what way are you embedding it into every subject? You are required to consult with the school community on it at least every two years, and that's usually overdue. I'm asking for evidence from the school's data on the health and well-being of our students and how the RSE guidelines are improving these statistics. The MOE requires that schools consult with their whanau and their families, and yet at an individual level, schools are required to maintain privacy, i.e. secrecy, around school counselling and health of students away from the parents. There are rare occasions where this may benefit a student, such as when there is abuse and neglect within the home. However, that's not how this approach has been used in schools now. Now it's been used to give contraception to students without parental knowledge. It is used to secretly allow in schools for students to have their names and gender identity that are not their given names and born genders. I have not found this evidence anywhere. In fact, there is much evidence to show the opposite is true. I speak to you as the mother of a gay son who cried wolf many times when bullied and had to see he had been a victim too while he was here at HPC. In retrospect, I don't believe he was bullied. They were his friends. He had our full support at home. Whatever happened to him, chronic bullying was not his main issue. Being marginalised was not his main issue. Excessive confusion due to what he was accessing online appears to have been a significant issue, which drove him to turn away from me and attempt suicide and connect with at least one known rapist of men. My family has personally experienced very dark times. I can only hope that he wasn't groomed or convinced about his sexuality inappropriately by staff or students at HPC or the agencies he was referred to. How will I even know? Because the school policy keeps such things private. Parents cannot even find out what is going on with their own children. How is this okay? It's broken our lives and our family forever. A student I know got in trouble here with their teacher a couple of years ago for saying we were only two genders. This is deeply concerning. If the LGBTQ plus community gets to have their opinions, so do those who have a different opinion. Cancel culture has divided us on every issue. It needs to be addressed with any teacher or school leader who allows this behaviour. The RSE guidelines that the MOE expects schools to have gender-fluid narratives are so commonplace that our students are ashamed or scared to actually be boys and girls. The MOE guidelines for RSE were written based on research that seems seriously flawed to me. Four areas of concern are, number one, online. Two wrongs don't make right. The fact that our young people have more access to porn etc online doesn't mean that we all have to adapt to it. Number two, flawed research. The data pool of studies referenced is extremely small. One study did 73 students and nine staff. Disproportionate. Even these flawed numbers show the very small number of people who identify as trans or LGBTQ plus. Catering overwhelmingly to these groups, grossly neglect that the vast majority of students are heterosexual. Sexuality. Excessive references to how this ideology is supporting the treaty is a gross and deliberate misrepresentation of the intention of the treaty and helps no one accept the policy makers. Winston Peters this week said, the government has no place in the nation's bedrooms, so what about our school children from age five now being taught about relationships, gender, and sexuality? Our schools have no right, role, or place in teaching our young kids this kind of socially driven doctrine. This is not education. This is a deliberate social engineering program designed and controlled by the virtue-signalling woke. When did the education minister or the prime minister ever ask you if this was okay? Tim Shirt Friday, which this school spent the entire last week celebrating, is a doorway to invite LGBTQ plus pride and other further destabilises the majority of our students who are naturally heterosexual and yet are discriminated against for being so. What a scary confusion in the basic society we are creating by allowing us into our schools and pushing it on our children. Do you have evidence that a week-long pink shirt celebration with pride colours is improving student well-being? If so, then please share it. It is entirely possible it's being used to usher in a gender-confusing ideology. This gender ideology has no scientific basis. It is a theory. It is a theory birthed by sexual deviants named John Money and Alfred Kindy. In my references are links to learn more about these men and how their ideology has stepped into the education system worldwide. Please, please, for our children's sake, look at this. Number two. Single control approach to health risk. Last Friday in the school bulletin included a link to measles outbreak information. If you send parents information suggesting medical intervention, you must undertake a risk assessment and not simply follow an instruction. As our previous school board did not do this due diligence in 2021 with COVID, a group of concerned parents self-funded an independent report which I have provided to you. The report stated that even in the COVID situation, a multi-solution approach to risk prevention was possible, which means that vaccination and isolation is not the only way a school can deal with a viral outbreak. This report is relevant. Now, the measles case in an elderly senior high school this month appears to be a test case for another National Ministry of Education-directed pandemic response, far exceeding the seriousness of the situation. Please read the risk assessment report, and I request that one is done for measles prior to sending out any further information to scaremonger school families into thinking that if they have not vaccinated with NMR, they will be asked to quarantine and or vaccinate, and if we have even one measles case in the school. The largest measles death in New Zealand was in 1993. Vitamin A deficiency has always been the aggravating factor in measles. Where is the advice on this as an option? I contacted two parents at the school whose children haven't had the NMR vaccine. Both said that if HPC was to impose a single control approach like elderly senior high, they would pull their children out of HTC for votes. Parent choice is always more important than governmental school choice. That is our right as families, as mothers, and as fathers. Most parents who do not vaccinate do so because they have done their research, not because they have not. So in summary, the trauma that our government and policies have put us through since 2020 serves as a lesson in how not to continue. We now have a generation of kids who say that society has weaponised us against each other, and everything is to be feared, and they feel our victims. It is not acceptable to continue to surround our children with this fear narrative, and it is damaging to their mental health. Suicides, including youth suicides, are on the increase now more than ever. The government won't release this data, yet so many of us know it's happening all too close to home. At a time when schools are seeing a decline in attendance, achievement rates, number of teachers and community engagement in schools, it seems very clear to me that the Ministry of Education policies being pushed in schools may in fact not be helping to raise healthy, healthy, work-ready, library students at all. My request, on or before the next school meeting, please read the documents provided to you, and they will also be emailed. I request details of what the Sex, Age, Gender programme looks like at our schools, both as a whole topic, and all the ways that it is all gathered throughout the curriculum, and how teachers are encouraged, or not encouraged, to embed it into their teaching. A date for community consultation meeting on this topic. School data on the health and wellbeing of our students, and how the RAC guidelines are improving or aiming to improve these statistics. Evidence of an independent health and safety risk assessment on measles advice, and no more measles documentation sent to families until the advice is scientifically proven and risk is assessed. As a concerned mother, and with others, we want to work with you on these issues. Allies, not adversaries. I remind you that you are each responsible in your personal and commercial capacity for harm to our students, for programmes and advice provided by the school. I know you are running a business here. Most families do not realise this. They think that you are putting the best interests of their sons and daughters before policy. Parents are our children's primary carers. Schools have a moral and ethical obligation to ensure parents are informed and consulted on matters of health, medicine, sex education, being raised and taught in our schools. People before policy. Thank you for your time. Thank you. Yeah, I think they were Shelley. Yeah, very good. Awesome. Yeah. So, that's, you know, that's real action, guys. And you've all got the chance to take some part in this, right? Even if you haven't got kids at school. I'll share it around and soon have something for you to pass on to any teachers or colleagues. Yeah, I'll grab them because, you know, and I really like the way that Penny talked about them as a business, right? Because this has been driven by business motives. There's lots of information about all of the money that's being made by the chemical companies with these beta blockers that, you know, and actually mental health has become big business. All of these people who are supposedly having to treat people for young people are making a lot of money out of it. Yeah, at the expense of people's health and well-being and. Yeah, yeah. And if, God forbid, you get drunk with this stuff. Mm. You know, it's, do you remember the mothers who had a road show throughout New Zealand? They were the mothers of the children who had committed suicide after being given antidepressants? Oh, no, I didn't see that. Yeah, maybe six or seven years ago. Yeah, and they won't be alone, unfortunately. A lot more children. From what I was understanding that Penny was saying, that in such brave ways to talk about her own situation, it's hard to say that, I should think, without bursting into tears that her own son, she didn't believe that it was bullying. It was the confusion caused by this horrible, horrible sexuality program they're trying to push onto kids. And, I mean, they're dummies, quite frankly. People who won't recognize this as just a cynical ploy by big business shouldn't be in teaching. They haven't got enough maturity. They're a danger to children rather than a help. So, anyway, we believe, though, that there's enough teachers out there that we can, you know, we can say, join our union and we'll come into that for you in terms of section 83. We'll use section 83 on it. Okay, so that's about all I had to talk about tonight. Is anyone else keen to have a chat about something? We've had the, we've talked a lot about business tonight, you know, and I think that Penny put it in the correct context there, too, because although she didn't take it purely business-like, she, as she said, but, you know, that they've got a moral responsibility to the children. So, how does it all hang together, Liz, as far as the law, the law systems, given that we've got a corporation masquerading as a government? Are there parts that actually are a government? Yeah, well, three arms, right? Two of them are functioning pretty well, actually. I mean, they could be. They're savable, they're salvageable, okay? The Crown has to go. The Crown has to go. That's the business arm. It's got to go and it's just tainting everything else. The courts, I believe, have been, the other two, the other two lot are kind of woke, but the, but the business end of this, you know, not to, not to make it a pun, but that's what it is. The business end of the deal is the executive, the Crown, you know, the ministries, the Prime Minister and Cabinet. That's got to stop. Now, I talked about last time, I believe I talked about section six of the Imperial Laws Application Act. There is no more royal assent for anything. The Crown is gone. They've still left their ragtag bag behind with the Governor-General in it, you know, pretending that she's got some authority. The last two have been women, you know, signing off these horrible, well, she didn't sign off the horrible orders. She didn't. She left that to the, you know, they weren't going to have anybody interfere in their profits, I'd say, because they would have been, you know, well rewarded for pushing it all. I don't think Cindy Keroua's got all that many brains, you know. We don't need many. Just a nice big fat, you know, nice place to live, a nice big fat salary and people kowtowing to it. So it makes you wonder a bit, you know, the whole tax situation. Yeah, well, it's a big thing and that's why we must, you know, start this beast. So we know the nature of it now. I don't think there's any doubt and puzzlement as to why these things have happened, right? Yeah, yeah. So, you know, if we can just keep reminding ourselves, the Queen and Right of New Zealand Company, the Queen and Right of New Zealand Company, not the Crown, Parliament, the courts, they're part of the government, but they're really, we can go on with the courts and the Parliament. We don't need the Crown, right? The, any law that the Parliament wants to enact, get 51% and that's usual, you know, 51% and you get it put into law. But, yeah, in the meantime, the stuff they've done needs to be sued on. Yeah, that's, so Alicia's said, what do you expect the company's first response is going to be to the, once you file that case? Well, that'll be interesting because it'll have to go to them. It's possible that the authority will say, but, you know, we'll just keep pushing it. We've got the proof, we've got, you see, we've got the document, we've got this to back us up. This to back us up. And we've got these to back us up. These people here, acknowledge them. Yep, yep. Okay? Yeah, and the Securities and Exchange Commission website. Yep. And we know who they are. Yep. So it's like, you know, it's finding the criminal in the mix, isn't it, in the end? Yep. You know, we, they've found us a door into government workplaces for the union. Exciting times. The workers are not happy there and what has been rolled out. Exactly. Hold on to your hats. Okay. So, yeah, there is no escape for them. They have to come to court now and talk about it. Yep. I thought she never signed in as Gigi. I don't know, Lynette, I suppose you're talking about Cindy Kieran. They know it's all BS. Yes. The party's up, kids. Yeah, psychological harm by the school on her dear son. Yeah. Yeah, well, I mean, what she reported about one of the other kids being told got into trouble for saying there's two genders. That's bullying. Yep. You know, they stopped smacking kids with the cane, but they're smacking them with far more harmful things now. Mm. Yep. No kid ever, no kid ever got the cane or never got the strap or whatever and decided to commit suicide over it. Mm. No, they're much more subtle and cruel. Yep. Much more subtle. Yep, absolutely. So. Oh, very good. Any other questions from the troops? From the troops? Nope. No, everybody's good. Looking forward to the weekend. A lot of naive here. Right. Now, Nicola, you said something before. You put something in the chat before when we just started to talk. We just put the thing on. And you were saying you're going to see a board of trustees this next week. Do you want to tell us about that or write something in the chat if you don't want to talk? Have a meeting with the principal. Mm-hmm. Yep. So I sent an email just inquiring. I thought I'd just wait and see if they were going to make a formal notice to the community that that's what they're going to do this, that pride week. And they didn't. So I thought I'll send an email through asking whether their stance is on it. And then she basically must have got an inquiry from another parent. So she put a comment. I could actually send it through to you. It's quite funny. Oh, good. Oh, so woke. It's painful. So what age are the children that you're going to talk about? Oh, 13. So year nine. Yeah, yeah. So, yeah, I just wanted to know and got that. It was a weird, it was kind of like, oh, we're observing pride week. We're inclusive of every race, creed, colour, diversity, all these words that we're hearing so often. So in the end, I don't know, I just got really mad and said, well, we need to talk to you. She offered. She offered to talk in person and said, yep, sure, we'll take you up on that offer and have a meeting. And then I said it'll be in the next couple of days. And then she said, I can't do it till next week. And I said, OK, well, he's not going to school next week anyway. I said, I don't feel confident or comfortable with your response. Yeah. So I haven't mentioned anything about PCBU, but tonight was good because it's reminding me of taking that angle. Yeah. You need to take that angle. Yeah. So Tuesday, yeah, we'll go and see my husband. Right. We'll get your husband to have a look at some of the information on Tinsey. Oh, yeah. If it doesn't get the men of this country about to storm the schools and say, you never teach anything like that to our children. Yeah. Well, the way I look at it is, what other genders are going to add to the agenda list? Matt? Yeah. Is Matt going to be on there eventually? Or is it already on there? Is what going to be on there? Matt, minor attracted person. Oh, minor attracted persons. Oh, absolutely. The whole thing of it was, Tinsey was a paedophile. Yeah. And, you know, it makes your head ache to think of that the sex education program in New Zealand is based on his ideas. Yeah. That children, that babies are sexual beings. So I was talking to another parent. Yeah, she's angry and she's, you know, how people kind of sit on the fence with a lot of stuff. And then there's us crazy people that are kind of pushing back. And so I decided to have a chat with her because I know she was having difficulties with her daughter and things. And there's a lot of mental health problems going on in the school. And there's kids cutting themselves and there's all sorts of stuff. And so it was quite good in the last couple of days just touching base with her. But I just said to her, look, you've got to look at the bigger picture of what these people are up to. And I said, they'll start adding more genders to the agenda list. And I said, and they will include Matt. And she'd never heard of it before. And I said, that's how they operate. So it was really good because I got to educate a friend. And she's like, oh, my gosh, you know. And I'm starting to wonder about the behavior of kids. I thought it was to do with too much screen time. But I'm thinking, this is the weird stuff that's going on at schools. And teachers are supposed to be models, basically, for what grownups. They're there with the teachers a whole lot more time than they are with their families. It's a real, real worry. And our children, little ones, it's weird. It's weird. We don't know what the reaction of children is going to be to this stuff. Shelly's put up a link for that YouTube video about Kinsey. Oh, yeah. Nasty. Absolutely. Is that the one, Shelly, where she's an American woman, and she talks about how she had to, you know, basically, Yeah, that's a great video, that one. That's really worthwhile. Lara wants to say something. Is there any point in serving the teachers or the board of trustees with a cease and desist order? Because I've got a meeting with my lawyer as well, and I've had them basically trample on my parental rights, which is why I've got the lawyers involved. I just feel like I need to do this. Well, you know, it's all right, sort of serving orders and things like that. But it's far more important to understand why you would be doing this, right? So that video, I would watch it a few times and get some guidance from it. They don't even know they're in a company, I shouldn't think. But, you know, she talked about some really good stuff. And I think it's important to understand why you would be doing this, right? And I think it's important to understand why you would be doing this, right? And I think it's important to understand why you would be doing this, right? And I think it's important to understand why you would be doing this, right? And I think it's important to understand why you would be doing this, right? And I think it's important to understand why you would be doing this, right? And I think it's important to understand why you would be doing this, right? You know, being implemented, you know, what's the Treaty got to do with it? What's the, how are you going to put this in? What, you know, take, get some materials like she has got and take them with you. I don't know what, which parental rights have been trampled on, if it's not to do with sex education. Well, I gave them the written letter saying I wanted my children to be excused from these classes as per MIE guidelines. And they basically came back and said their father was okay. And as far as they're concerned, their father has, you know, he gets to decide what, you know, classes the kids attend or don't. Well, then you need to, then you, when are you going Laura? I'm planning to go, I think the BOT meeting is on the 14th, because I've had two meetings with the principal who cancelled on me twice. And so I've said like to my lawyer, you know, we're not playing this game. You know, you're wasting your time, I'm wasting my time, we're not playing this game. So I still want to notice that we've got a BOT meeting on the 14th at 5.30. So I'm planning to bring the lawyer there and address the whole Board of Trustees as well as the teachers. Okay, well, that'll give me time. Today is the 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th. Yeah, okay. I will put it up on the union website. And we'll also put it up probably on the chat section 83 in schools. About the fact that the PCBU, that it's a danger to your children and that you're going to, you're basically going to take them to court. Yeah, basically. And according to the Ministry of Education, they said you can excuse them from the classes based on religious beliefs and we're Christians. Yeah, you don't have, it doesn't have to be a religious belief. This is a safe, health and safety matter. Now, there's a case which I will also make sure is available for people to read. And it's the, it's a Teachers' Council case where, and I've talked about it before, where the principal of Gloria Vale School allowed a man who raped a child, a girl, in the school, the guy probably served some time in prison, come back to Gloria Vale, resumed teaching and provided him with a, you know, what's required for him to get his, to get his red joke back. When the, I think the school, probably the parents at Gloria Vale let the Teachers' Council know, the end result really was that even though he, you know, he got a chance to argue his side of it, because he wasn't the abuser, the Teachers' Council said, no, we're taking yours away because you didn't, you have a responsibility first and foremost to the safety of those children. Now, this is, what we'd be arguing is that that case applies if we have to take them to court over it, because it was a sexual, it was a sexual matter too. And this stuff is encouraging paedophiles, encouraging sexual behaviour towards children. Inappropriate, very inappropriate. Right. And, yeah, and I think, I don't think they're going to have to be taken to court, but I'd quite like to see some open discussion about it with the union and the boards of trustees. Right. Because we'd put together the, we'd put together the case. So I'll have something up on, I'll have something up early next week for you too. OK, do I need to give you my email address? No, I'll put it on, I'll put it on the, I'll put it on the union website for everybody to see. I don't think I've got the union website, I've just got. It's called, it's called number 8.org.nz. Thank you very much. Thank you very much, Liz. You're welcome. It'll be in the, in the files and template letters or thereabouts. What about on the Facebook? Yeah, we'll put it on the Facebook page. In the files section there. Because we really, you know, one, we don't want to miss a day getting this done. I know it's been a couple of weeks since we did this stuff. But, you know, people are now stepping up. I mean, it's all right having the leader, but it's going to have to take you guys to take the fight to them. As usual, we provide the weapons, you provide the fight, you know, you're the, you're the hands that wield them. Yeah. Yeah, that's awesome. Well, well done, Lara. Well done, Nicola. Yeah, and of course, well done, Penny, Marie. What a, what a soldier. Yeah, absolutely. Good bit of inspiration there. Yep. Very good. Okay, guys, we all good? Yep. No, that's cool. Thank you very much, everybody. And thanks so much, Liz, for all your hard work. I understand you were busy most of the day in the mediation. I hope that went well. Work in progress. Can't say. Every day it's getting better. Yep. Awesome. Oh, Kim's saying the chemical herbicide compound, atherosine, changes the gender of male frogs to female many years. Boys are more female in that year. Yeah, yeah, yeah. The frogs are very, I remember a few years back now, I was travelling through the countryside, taking my daughter down to, it must have been 10, 12 years ago now, taking my daughter down south. We stopped at a place out in the country and I said, wow, those frogs are noisy. She said, Mum, that's a chainsaw. I said, no, it's not, it's frogs. Sure enough, it was frogs. Okay. Yeah. Okay. They can be very loud. Good food for thought for the weekend. That's right, guys. Feast on it. And, you know, cook it all up. You know, we've got the ingredients, you cook up the cakes, guys. Yep. Awesome. Very good. Thanks, everyone. We'll catch you later. Goodnight. .
