Nadia, a 19-year-old environmental science student from Mexico City, is fascinated by the origin and transformation of Mexican food. She is starting a project to share her favorite dishes, recipes, and anecdotes, drawing from the book "Nuestro Mero Molde, Una Breve Historia de la Comida Mexicana." Cooking is Nadia's way of expressing affection, and she hopes to overcome her fear of speaking by sharing her passion. She invites others to join her on this journey and promises to provide interesting information on the topic. Hi everyone, wherever and whenever you hear this, I hope you are very well and let me call you. For those who don't know me, my name is Nadia, I am 19 years old, and I am currently a second semester student of environmental science. I am originally from Mexico City, where I have seen and tasted Mexican food in very versatile ways. So, since I was little, the ingenuity of Mexicans has seemed incredible to me. And after arriving in the state of Michoacán, I was amazed at how little I know about the most common foods and snacks here, which is why every time I try something new, the origin of certain foods or ingredients fills me with intrigue and how they are transformed or conveyed to arrive to what we know today. Without telling you more about this project, I want to share that it fills me with emotion since I have never done anything like this and hope to be able to face this challenge in the best way, because speaking has always been something that fills me with great fear and I would like to be able to get over it as soon as possible. So I think it's a very good option. And having mentioned this to you, to know me, to know more about the content of this project, and something that I would like to comment on is that since I was very little, I have been very interested in cooking from traditional dishes to the simple desserts. I consider that is my way of being able to transport myself to any place in the world or any day. It makes me feel close to certain people when I cook something that person has me tell me or when I remember that it is something that person likes to eat. Medicines that cook for people I appreciate is my way of expressing my affection since with words it has always seemed complicated and therefore show this next saving chaper. I would like to share about my favorite dishes, recipes, and anecdotes and a bit of story about these dishes, citing some case the book Nuestro Mero Molde, Una Breve Historia de la Comida Mexicana. I must tell you that I have chosen this book since I have previously read some chapers in addition to that. I would also like to be able to tell you about some information that I find interesting or something related to this topic and I hope you enjoy it a lot. My way of thinking is to share a bit of myself and doing it with all my enthusiasm and affection. So, see you in the next episode, bye!
