Take deep breaths and bring your awareness to behind your eyes and your root chakra. Connect your root chakra to the center of the earth and release any negativity through your grounding cord. Your thoughts can be noisy and overwhelming, so imagine turning down the volume of your internal chatterbox. Start at 50% and gradually decrease to 10% or even off. Find your most comfortable setting. Turning down your thoughts can bring clarity, better decision making, and connection with your intuition. Repeat affirmations of being in control and calm. This hypnosis is to turn down the volume of your internal thoughts. And when you open your eyes, you're going to feel calmer and more in control of your thoughts. We're going to close our eyes down now. Relax and give yourself a deep breath in and out. And on the next exhale, you're going to take your awareness to behind your eyes. Call back your energy from all the people, time, places and events. Just call it all back to you. Now take your awareness to your root chakra at the base of your spine. Connect your root chakra to the centre of the earth with your grounding cord. Widen your grounding cord to be as wide as your body, feeling that connection to the centre of the earth. Now scan your body for any negativity and see and feel that negativity releasing through the grounding cord. The thoughts in your head can be very noisy and they can race around your mind, getting you nowhere fast. They can lead to more confusion and indecision. It can be exhausting to be in your own chatterbox mind. So let's turn down the volume. Without any effort, notice how loud your mind is right now. Just give it a number from 0 to 100% as to how active your mind is right now. Now imagine there is a volume setting for your internal chatterbox. You may see an old-fashioned radio volume controller. You may see a remote control with volume buttons. Whatever you imagine is perfect for you. Notice how loud your thoughts are in your head and now just turn the volume down to about 50% and notice what's happening. Try turning it down to 30%. And now turn the volume down to 10%. Now turn it off. Let it be fast and easy. Now let it adjust automatically to your most comfortable setting. Any setting is okay. If you're enjoying it being set to off, stay in this comfortable space and know that you are okay.
