Bring back your energy from past experiences and connect to the earth. Release negativity through a grounding cord. Imagine your mind as a room. Clean and organize it. Let go of unnecessary thoughts and energy. Use a grounding cord to release mind clutter. Your mind room is now clean and beautiful. Make any changes you want to the room. Enjoy this peaceful space. When you open your eyes, you will feel refreshed and grateful. Welcome to Leading Light with Naomi Bennett Hypnotherapy. This recording is hypnotic in nature and should not be done whilst driving or operating machinery. Find a comfortable place where you can relax for five minutes. This hypnosis is to help you spring clean your mind so you can concentrate your energy on what thoughts are important and need your attention rather than everything that is currently overwhelming in there. To start with, you're going to close your eyes, relax and give yourself a deep breath in and out. Call back your energy from all the people, times, places and events. Just call it all back to you. Take your awareness to your root chakra at the base of your spine. Connect your base chakra to the centre of the earth with your grounding cord. Now scan your body for any negativity and see and feel that negativity releasing through the grounding cord. Now move your awareness into the centre of your head. Imagine the centre of your head is a room that contains all your thoughts and distractions. Is your room clean and organised or is it messy? If it's dark, imagine a light switch and turn on the lights. Have you been here recently or is it old and abandoned? Are there cobwebs and dust everywhere? Are there piles of conscious and unconscious information that you've been holding on to? These piles of information, thoughts and ideas might be seen as boxes, suitcases or files. Whichever you imagine is right for you. You might see your positive memories and thoughts as one colour and your negative thoughts, ideas and mind clutter as another. As you look around your mind room, you decide that it's time for a good clear out. Create a huge grounding cord in the centre of the room. It's like a large drain where all your negative mind clutter can be released. You take a giant feather duster. You wipe the feather duster over the whole room, over all the boxes, over all the clutter, over all the cobwebs. Your higher mind and guidance know what you don't need. Whatever you don't need swirls down the drain of the grounding cord and whatever you need remains. And it's sparkling clean and beautiful to look at. As you finish dusting every last corner of your room, all the mind clutter is down the grounding cord. You look around with pride. Your mind room is clean and neat and organised. You have let go of all your old thoughts and energy. How does your room look now? Ask yourself, is this room the ideal sinking space for me? If yes, that's great. If no, imagine what you would like to change. Does it need to be bigger or redecorated? Make any changes you want to your room now. When you're finished, give yourself permission to enjoy this clean, quiet, peaceful room just for you at the centre of your head. Say to yourself, I can spring clean my mind any time I want. I can focus on what is important today. I am in control of my mind. When you open your eyes on the count of five, you will be surprised. The colours around you will be brighter, the lines around things more clear and crisp. You will be grateful for all the good things and you can see them easily. One, two, feeling amazing.
