Negative energy is released through the ground, and positive affirmations are repeated to affirm being grounded. This hypnosis is to help you practice mindfulness, to be in the moment and to be present through affirmations. This will help to calm your racing mind and this will help to take back control of your inner world. And once you open your eyes you'll feel calmer and more in control. To start with, you're going to close your eyes. Relax. Give yourself a deep breath in and out. Call back your energy from all the people, times, places and events. Call it all back to you. Take your awareness to your root chakra at the base of your spine. Connect your base chakra to the centre of the earth with your ground and cause. Now scan your body for any negativity and see and feel that negativity releasing through the ground and cause. Now repeat after me to yourself. I am able to connect with myself when I am grounded. I am able to control my thoughts when I am grounded. I am able to make better decisions when I am grounded. I feel calm and relaxed in all situations when I am grounded. I feel confident and in tune with my true self when I am grounded. I use grounding to help me become present in all situations in my life. I find it easy to ground myself to be present. I choose to be in the moment in my everyday life. Being grounded, my life unfolds before me in the best possible way. When you open your eyes on the count of five, you will be surprised that the colours around you will be brighter, the lines around things more clear. You will be grateful for all the good things and you can see them easily. You will feel calmer and more in control. One, two, feeling amazing. Three, four, wiggling of fingers and toes.
