The Phoenix Suns have been struggling this season, currently sitting at 11th in the Western Conference with a 14-15 record. They have lost their past three games and their offense has been underperforming. Their defense has also been lacking, particularly in transition defense. They have been unable to beat top contenders and have mostly won against weaker teams. Bradley Beal, who was expected to boost the team's offense, has been dealing with injuries and has only played in six games. The team has also faced other injuries, including Devin Booker and Kevin Durant missing several games. Overall, the Suns have been a disappointment and the trade for Bradley Beal has not paid off. The team's offense and defense rankings are lower than expected. The Suns may struggle to make the playoffs this season. Yo, what's good y'all? Uh 10 game stretch is they're currently three and seven in it on a three game losing streak They came off a big loss to the portland trove lasers whenever they had a good lead in that first half They was looking good. But they I mean they just started to crash into that second half, especially the fourth quarter So they gave up a lot of turnovers and things like that and it's just honestly crazy to see I mean I know they don't have a bradley beale right now But the offensive capability that they have is pretty insane to me with kevin durant and devin booker But I mean, they're just not able to get the job done Especially from the defensive side of things they leave a lot of shots open I see and one thing they really lack on on the defensive side of the ball I think is their transition defense is last night versus the mavericks. I mean like A lot of times when I was watching the game They allowed a bunch of transition points from the mavericks And the backup center for the phoenix suns threw a turnover. I think his last name's mutu I forgot how to like pronounce his first name. So i'm just gonna say mutu But he threw a turnover and he didn't get back on defense and devin booker was Really angry at the time because he didn't get back on defense And luca absolutely dismantled the phoenix on defense as he dropped 50 points a 50 bomb With 15 assists and 6 rebounds and 44 minutes of play time and honestly watching that game I thought the phoenix sons were going to come back into that second half And they did in the third quarter But they just couldn't shut things down in the fourth as they only put up 22 points and gave up 37 And also kevin durant just came off of one of his worst nights of the season as he only dropped 16 points Eight rebounds and seven assists. He honestly just looked very frustrated out there and you could definitely You know say why? Because the phoenix suns have been terrible and just really an overall disappointment And the suns can barely even hold off a decent contender is they really haven't beaten anybody this season besides games like Versus minnesota, which was a good victory for them and maybe like the golden state warriors, uh I mean they lost to like the denver nuggets the lakers the kings twice already I mean, they don't even win half of their games versus decent contenders And I definitely don't think they're proving anything when they're just beating teams by like a few points That are not that good such as like the detroit pistons, uh, the grizzlies when they didn't have john moran I mean the golden state warriors Which have been not good this season either Also the wizards they beat I mean they've just beaten up on like, you know the worst teams you could think of like The utah jazz which they took at the double overtime and then they barely won by three points the game after they've just continued to struggle And they just are not good against competition And it's just crazy to think because we really thought that this team was going to be a top three Seed in the western conference probably at least especially after that, uh, bradley beale trade everybody thought You know for sure that this team would be at least like a top three Seed in the western conference, but that's definitely not the case is you know They have just looking dismantled this whole time and bradley beale's barely even gotten to play And when he has he's been disappointing and he's only gotten to appear in Six games this season and one of them really doesn't count because he only got to play five games versus the knicks before twisting his ankle And we've only really gotten to see one game that he's played this season with the whole, you know, big three Between him and kd and d book that we only got to see one game Which was against the brooklyn nets and that was a tough loss because they lost by only four points against their former player mckell bridges And bradley beale did drop 14 points for assists and a rebound but that's just not up to expectations for what anybody thought and anybody thinks that he can really put up because this is this dude should be putting up at least like 24 25 plus points per game And 14 is just not it But really he just needs to get back to being healthy and that's just something that's just been a problem with this whole team Because I mean plenty of guys have been missing games this season such as like devin booker I mean, he's missed seven games already this season Uh, kevin durant. He's missed like five or four. I think four But grace and alan has missed five also eric gordon's missed quite a bit as well And that's just one thing that comes with this team but honestly coming into this season we thought with this whole team's offense that they was really just going to be able to keep up with Any team and that's just not how it's gone because this offense has been struggling this season Especially as of late and their offense currently ranks 15th in the league right now Which is nowhere near we where we expected it to be and I think personally I thought it was going to be even at least like top five for sure Because I mean you have one of the best scores of all time if not the best of kevin durant Devin booker who's an absolute sniper and You know you get bradley beal in the offseason and you just think that Offense is going to skyrocket even more from what it was last season But that's just not the case and also on the defensive side of things. Like I said, they just have not been good as well As currently they are 20th in the league right now on defensive rating sitting at 116.2 116.2 That's just not good and especially with how bad their offense is playing Their defense has a step up even more now But yeah, man, I just think it was a terrible decision to go out and get bradley beal Because of obviously the injuries and stuff that i've already said Uh, I just think they gave up way too much.
