Jesus encourages the church and individual Christians to be brave during difficult times and to trust Him completely. He wants everyone to live in a way that ensures His continued presence. Jesus wants the entire church and each individual Christian to take courage in their time of trial and not be succumbed. He wants them to have complete trust in Him, not with standing appearances. So let us strive to live our lives intent on doing everything so as to ensure Jesus' continued presence among us. To be united in His name means to be united in Him, in the reality that He brings with Him, in His will, which is above all, love one another as I have loved you.
