The speaker discusses the idea that fear is not a trailblazer and encourages the listener to reflect on their own feelings of unsafeness. They explain that these feelings are not caused by others, but rather stem from past experiences, even from the womb. The speaker emphasizes the importance of leading with love and empathy and suggests creating a plan of action for moments of unsafeness. They discuss the negative impact of fear on decision-making and team dynamics. The speaker also mentions a book anthology opportunity and offers a discount for early registration. They conclude by reminding the listener to lead themselves with empathy and to overcome their fears. Good morning, good day, it's Miss Laughlin on the line. How are you today? Today, we're going to talk about the fact that fear is not a trailblazer, okay? Can you really, really think, like sit and feel how that feels when I say that fear is not a trailblazer? So what comes up for you when you hear that, okay? So how can anything happen really grand in your life if you're operating on fear? So the first thing, what are you going to look at when you're having a fear come up or you're feeling not safe, okay? The first thing that I'm going to ask you is, when was the first time you didn't feel safe? Oh, did it feel like I just punched you in the stomach, okay, sweetie? Any feeling of unsafeness with anybody in your life is not about them, okay? It's about you and when the first time you felt unsafe and you have been carrying and operating your business, your love life, your friendships, everything on that first feeling of being unsafe, okay, sweetie? So the first time, like I'm going to let you sit with that, okay? We can work with that, but in order for you to connect your business, you've got to be able to identify what's coming up for you immediately, okay? If you don't, you're just going to be operating unconsciously on that same time when you felt unsafe, okay? Now that first time you felt unsafe, your original unsafeness, your fear was in the womb, sweetie. So then, you know, you grew up, you're a toddler, you're a teenager, and all of these things, and as I say, these memories are going to come up for you, sweetie, okay? So stand in your power as you hear these words, okay? As you hear these words, you're strengthened, you're enlightened, you're operating with empathy, okay? Even when you feel unsafe, even when you feel unsafe, sweetie, when you are leading, what would it take for you to lead with empathy, even though you have those feelings of unsafeness? Even though you feel like you don't want to enter into a situation because you feel fear, sweetie, but most times, that feeling of fear is because of something that happened, you know, earlier in life, and in the womb, okay? So anyway, fear is not a trailblazer, okay? So what are you going to do to operate in that moment when you feel unsafe? What are you going to do? So I want you to write down your plan today. When I feel unsafe, this is what I'm going to do. This is how I'm going to pivot in that moment of unsafeness, because if you do this, you're going to do this in all areas of your life. It's going to affect your relationship with your husband or your partner, and it's not their fault, okay? So, and that's okay, you're not bad, you're not bad, you're not a bad person, you're a good person, okay, sweetie? So leading with love, how can you lead yourself with love? You cannot lead anybody with love and empathy if you are not able to do that with yourself, okay? So these feelings of unsafeness are affecting your decision power and your communication style, everything, how you give communication, how you receive communication, sweetie, okay? So write this down. When I feel unsafe, this is my plan of action, but first you're going to identify when was the first time you remember that feeling in your stomach where you were just, ah, you were so freaked out, and I don't want to undermine that situation for you, it was very real for you at that time, but I've got to tell you, emotions are not real, okay? That thing in your stomach, that's an emotion, okay, it's not real, it's something that you are creating, that might feel like you might just say what to that, but no, you are creating that, honey, not the person that you're communicating with, you are, so it's affecting your decision making, it means that when you have these feelings of unsafeness, you're not going to make a decision very quickly, you're going to doubt everything, okay? So then what happens to your team that you're leading? They're not going to follow you, they're going to doubt you, that's a fact. If you're continually doubting everything, feeling unsafe, then the team that you're wanting to empower is also going to pick up that, and that's a you problem, not them, okay, not them, but they're going to copy you because that's the energy that you're sending off, okay, which means you're more likely not going to get what you want as quickly because you're leading people with fear, okay, sweetie? So fear is not a trailblazer, fear is not a trailblazer, okay, so that's your homework for today. If you're in the free training for the next month, awesome, we'll see you there, and yeah, have a fabulous day, you're amazing, you were born to lead, you were born to lead something, okay? God gave you a gift, everyone, no one is more important than the other, you all have a gift, so what are you going to do to expand that gift today, okay, that you're going to bless somebody, somebody's waiting to be led by you, somebody's waiting for you to help mend their wounds, sweetie, that's why you're here, you've mended, helped to mend, or you're going to help mend many wounds for other people, okay, don't take that lightly, okay, sweetie, you have a fabulous day, remember, lead yourself with love, lead your community with love, and what are you going to get back if you lead with love and empathy, okay? Make it a great day, this is Miss Laugh-A-Lot, remember June 3rd is the cutoff date for the early bird price for getting into the book, the anthology, so it's $4.50, and if you, I'm going to extend another discount today, if you're listening, only until 8 o'clock tonight, you can get in for $3.50, okay, remember, you're going to get 10 books free, so you're basically getting in the book for free, because I'm giving you these books too, right, so you're basically getting in for free, and remember the power of a book, a book is here forever on somebody's coffee table, instead of the internet where they're going to distract it, right, a very, very powerful element in being in a book and in a community of people, right, it helps 10x your energy and your everything, right, you've got a community, it's a community that you'll be connected with, and it'll be a lot of fun, right, if it's not fun, I'm not doing it, right, or the potential is to be fun later, right, remember, lead with love, lead with empathy, first, you first, okay, lead yourself with empathy, identify what is going on in your head that's holding you back, and it's fear, right, so fear is a trailblazer, but it's also a great teacher, so for now, this is Miss Laugh-A-Lot, remember the cut-off date is June 3rd for the early bird price, if you talk to me today and text me 350, then you're going to get that price until June 3rd only, okay, I'll extend that price for you 350 until June 3rd only, which is my birthday, then you can get that price, okay, otherwise it'll be 450, ciao for now.
