The speaker is currently interested in the TV show Desperate Housewives. They initially thought it was a reality show but later realized it was a drama from the early 2000s. They find the show addicting and compare it to Gossip Girl. They mention specific plot points they are excited about, such as Eva Longoria's character having an affair with a high schooler and the shady activities of a new neighbor. They express confusion about the characters' names and the cause of death of one of the main characters. Despite feeling lost, they are motivated to continue watching. They appreciate the drama and the portrayal of shallow characters. They also sympathize with a single mom whose husband left her. Overall, they regret not starting the show earlier and are excited to explore it further. So, one thing that I'm really interested in right now is the show Desperate Housewives. I really enjoy the drama of all of it. I thought that the show Desperate Housewives was a reality TV show, but this one was made in like, I don't know, the early 2000s, 1990s, I guess, I don't really know. And so I always avoided watching it, but it's like exactly the kind of show that I like because it's so dramatic and just so ridiculous, but in a very addicting way. It's kind of, it reminds me of like Gossip Girl. Gossip Girl is a show that I would compare it to, but there's just a lot of things in Desperate Housewives that I'm really excited to continue watching the show, like I'm excited for when Eva Longoria's husband finds out that she's having an affair with a high schooler, a high schooler, which is crazy. I'm curious about all this, the shady stuff that's going on between like the new neighbor guy who a single mom is interested in. I really don't know their names that well. I know one of them is Mary Alice, but I can't remember if she's the one that died or the redhead. I don't really, I really don't know. I'm just obsessed with the drama of it because I need to know what's happening on Wisteria Lane, which is the lane that they all live on, if you do not know. And I'm also curious about the real cause of death behind the main woman's death, I guess, because I don't think that it was self-inflicted. I think that it was murder based on the sketchiness of the dad and the weirdness of her son. There's just a lot of really weird things happening and I feel very lost and I feel like I'm missing something, but that makes me want to watch it more. So that is something that I'm very interested in. I love the drama of it. I love how shallow a few of the characters are. I don't really, again, I really don't know the names of the characters. I just know that one of them is really OCD and uptight and type A, and one of them had actually a really good relationship with her husband, and it's actually super sweet. Her kids are just terrible. And then the single mom, I like her. She seems nice. She seems like less drama, but I could see a lot of drama happening with her. And I also kind of feel bad for her because her husband left her and her child. I'm really excited to continue delving into this new show, and I'm disappointed in myself for not starting it sooner because I think I could have been obsessed with this a very long time ago. So that is something that I'm interested in right now.
