Hi there, I'm Greg Parker, and welcome to the Agent Training Lab. As a real estate broker with over 15 years of experience, I really have seen and done it all, and I want to share all of this knowledge and experience with you. Before getting into real estate, I spent a number of years in various sales roles in the logistics, software development, and even the investment banking sectors, and I can tell you that a lot of the information in this course is essential for any small startup business, not just real estate. My team and I have poured ourselves into our own real estate business over the past 15 years, learning from anyone we could along the way, and we've been fortunate enough to have grown from struggling newbies to high-producing agents, running an award-winning team, even managing a brokerage with over 125 agents in one of the busiest real estate markets in the world.
