There will be a total of 644 residents upon completion. All home designs feature energy-efficient construction, brick-paved driveways and walkways, high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, sprinkler knives, and gourmet kitchens. Villa homes range from 1,500 to 1,900 square feet of living space. These attached homes have two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Single-family homes range from 1,800 to 2,400 square feet, two to three bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Some designs include a den and or a golf cart storage. The homes feature open floor plans, upgraded primary suites, and auctions.
